My favourite go to place for a quick bite.
Just ordered the Nashville hot chicken burger from the Willowbrook Mall location and paid $9.44 for JUST the burger. When I received it, the chicken looked burnt and there was greasy hot sauce all over the bun. I took one bite, it tasted disgusting. Took it back up to the counter, told the cashier that it tasted terrible and requested a refund. I was told that I can't have a refund just because I didn't like it, there would have to be something wrong with it. Huh? Overcooked chicken acceptable apparently. Unbelievable. No customer service anymore.

The lady that works here has zero customer service skills. Always a scowl on face. Went for burger and kids meal for my 3 yr old. Charged over $20.00!! Teen burger is now size of whopper jnr. Also onion rings were burnt and she also charged 1.58 on top of everything else for mayo packs for me and my kids fries. Sufficed to say, food=burnt/small - price= high and customer service = poor. Not going here again. They suck. A&W you charge that much, shrink your food, serve it burnt and ask for more $ for condiments and then bad customer service on top of that? Shame on you.
Manisha is always helpful and extremely nice. She even remembered my order. I would give her 10 stars if i could. Manisha is the best!!! She makes me want to go to A&W everytime i feel hungry.

I love chicken burgers and poutine
Went here yesterday around 130pm and I was the only person in line. The cashier was so slow literally took 20 minutes to take my order and hand me my items. Once I received my items I met up with my kids and wife in the food court and we all realized that the teen burger patties were old. It was so hard to bite into the patties and the fries were cold. At this point my wife was so annoyed she threw out the food and went to OPA and got delicious fresh food. Our kids love A&W and we have never received a bad burger or cold fries but this place was horrible. I will not be returning.
Great burgers! Best root beer around. And the staff are really nice to kids. Will definitely return. Highly recommend.
