I had a very poor experience here, I can't recommend this place and their unprofessional manner.I ordered 4 meals and 2 pies, and had to pull ahead and wait. After waiting over 5 minutes, I received my food and drove all the way home before finding out they forgot the pies.I drove back immediately and the lady at the counter wasn't at all apologetic, in fact she said it would be another 5 minute wait to get the pies. Did they not even make them the first time then?I explained that I was frustrated as my food is now cold after all the travel and waiting, then she said it was my fault for coming back instead of eating my food?I'm never coming back to this location.
Bad experience two days in a row. Along with my meal I purchased an apple turnover on skip the dishes. But I did not receive the apple turnover, so I had to get a refund from the skip app. The next day after the Canada day celebrations, the McDonald’s line was too busy so I went to them again. This time I ordered two chubby chickens meals. They ended up giving me two buddy burgers. And I asked for apple turnovers. And they said their out of them. So I checked their skip app, the apple turnovers were available to buy. So can you guys plz mark them as sold out on the app, so ppl don’t buy them even tho you guys are out. I have a business myself, if we are out of an item, we mark it as sold out on the app.
The slowest working restraunt in langley. Anytime you go to pick up your order, they atleast take 15 min to 20 min, I don't know wh-y they are even called fast food restraunt .
Have been here 4-5 times when I lived in the area over the years and it is always a 10 minute wait. I am back today and again, never fails, a 10 minute wait. There are 6 cars in the lot waiting for food. I want to give them a good review but I just can’t. Always waiting so darn long.
Amazing!They actually offered me ketchup in the drive thru.This doesn't sound like much but so many places now only put ketchup in when you ask for it.But not you A&W, you offered us ketchup!Thanks for keeping it classy ???
Idk why but it took 30 minutes in total for my burger.. maybe they're understaffed for night shift. it took 10 minutes to reach the mic to order, i thought maybe the person infront was making a huge order. Even then it took another few minutes for them to take my order. Some guy 2 cars behind me came out of his car and was yelling at the window. What a mess, anyways they should hire more people for night shift if they're backed up like this. #slowfood #hangry

Sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes and didn't move an inch. Despite wanting this more than McDonalds, ended up leaving the drive-thru line ip and went to the McDonalds where I got my order in within 30 seconds. I was prepared to wait a bit longer, but not loving AT ALL after 15 was just too much. Unfortunate!
I usually do not make bad reviews but this locatio gets your order wrong half the time you go through the drive thru and the food is luke warm.
Pick up at drive through. No waiting. Teen burger special with coupon. Yumm! Great value.
