I ordered a pretty customized burger with fries and drink. Everything was fresh and just the way it was supposed to be. The manager at the till was amazing with great people skills.
Do not visit them inside or drive thru after 9pm ... the night shift crew has a freedom of doing nothing and serving garbage food... Too salty onion rings or reheated patties and overall just trash. I feel bad for the owner to put all trust on night crew!!! please surprise visit and start firing these dirty workers!!!
My wife and I stopped by around noon on a weekday lunch. We ate in and ordered double teen burgers with regular and yam fries. The staff member who took our order was very friendly and efficient. Our food order was ready fairly quickly even with the steady stream of customers through the front door as well as the drive through. The burgers were fresh and tasted great. Unlike most other fast food businesses, it actually looked like the photos of the burger on the menu! A very nice lunch and would definitely return and recommend.
A&W foods are great i love the mama burger with an extra onion and on a Friday evening you will get custom cars to walk around a digest your food
I have to add their awesome breakfast. Very affordable and fresh. As well as their onion rings, mozza burgers, and chubby chicken. Makes this a go to place. When your rushed for time..for yummy fast food.
I have been going here for the past 5 mornings. From my experience, they have an awesome staff, the facilities are clean and tidy and have free coffee refills. Can't go wrong. 2 thumbs up.

Came here on The Great Onion Ring Adventure with my bf. We travelled to 5 different fast food restaurants to compare the onion rings and crown a champion. (Thanks to GMM and their onion ring comparison making us hungry)A&W onion rings came in 1st and I almost forgot to take a photo because we dug in and they were so good we were devouring them. Perfect amount of crunch, great sized onions and the seasoning was perfect. Truly a 5 star onion ring.
Food turnaround times are typically reasonable, although they are particularly slow if they have a line. Food is usually accurate, but they frequently forget sauces/straws and the like if you are asked to pull forward in the drive through. The staff is quite friendly, above average for fast food to be honest, but the accuracy issues make the experience pretty okay overall.
one hour ago at Wednesday night, i ordered papa burger combo and 5 peach turnovers, i mentioned to substitute soft drink to coffee. when i received my order there is no fries. asked the lady why and she keep saying she didn't charge it. she point her earphone means that what she heard. if she miss the word COMBO, but i even mentioned "substitution " , if it is not a combo why i want to substitute coffee???i made exactly same order on Monday night was totally fine, last week was fine. then i ask to refund the order since this is not what i want, she says there is no manager. well, this is why i am here to write.i mean its ok to have misunderstanding, but i just want to solve it, NO and i am not happy the way be treated. YES she ask me if i want to order another fries to solve it, nice try. i will not go to this AW anymore, even though i regular goes twice a week. spend $20 every time. the reason i go this one is close to my work. however there is another AW at Cloverdale and one more at panorama on my way to home, they both on hwy 10.sometime you need say "sorry" just from your mouth will comfort your customers.
