Food is inconsistant and over-priced, staff has been rude on phone and in person, service is bad (and this is a takeout location), and this restaurant keeps strange hours. So many times I have called from work for late lunch, early dinner, or even dinner just before 8 pm and they are closed. I don't know how this location will stay in business.
The food is always amazing. But if you’re going to be a take out restaurant, it would be nice if you packaged your food in a way that it didn’t explode and leak everywhere every time I pick it up. I will still continue ordering because the food is so good but if you guys could fix your packaging it would be 5 stars.
Extremely disappointed! I made a simple request to have raw bean sprouts on the side due to being pregnant. Raw bean sprouts can carry listeria and be very dangerous for the baby. Zabb declined to accommodate my simple request. Well Zabb, sadly for you, now you have lost my $60.00 order and my money has gone to Basil Leaf.
The food was great, the young lady who took our payment was lovely, however we obviously upset the lady who brought our food out as not even an acknowledgment. Probably something to do with the fact we ordered late in the day (20 mins before closing)!! Still delicious food though.
We order from here all the time. Everything on the menu is delicious!Just do it. You know you want to.
This was my first time ordering from Zab after wanting to order for about a year and not really having confident in them but I went ahead and did it anyways I was very Thorough in explaining what I wanted I did have mods on my pad Thai chicken with shrimp explicitly said no onion no peppers and yet found peppers in my pad Thai which make me not feel the best I did call and they did offer to make a new one but it’s extremely inconvenient when you live approximately 25 minutes away from the location and they won’t send one to you so you have to waste about an hour of your time to go back and get a new order overall taste is good but directions are not the best of being followed other than that I would order it againAnd I will add Sam the server was extremely polite on the phone so kudos to her
Love Zabb food and it has never gone wrong but seriously folks you need to get more accurate about the wait times. I understand there is a lot of take out these days, which is exactly why I don’t want to sit in the resto for 40 minutes waiting for the order.
Service was great. Food fresh and tasty. Will definitely return.
