The service was good but I am so disappointed with the beef dip?It's just sliced roast beef on a dry french bun. Not even butter on the bun. It was so dry and had no flavor at all and is a real let down. It definitely is not worth $20. Before a tipI was really looking forward to it and it was a 0 on a scale of 1-10!I don't think I will be back
came here for mother’s day we waited 45minutes for cold, hard food. the beef dip was dry and the meat looked like it was the ends of the pot its like muck chewy beef, the bun was so hard. the rest of the burger where cold and not flavourful all the meat was dry and the fries where cold and stale i didn’t even eat them only the burgers because we where so hungry. the zoo sticks are cold i could have doordashed my order and would have been warmer. we was our food sitting for over 15 minutes under the heat lamps and no servers took it to us. will not leave a tip or come again
Our waitress was lovely. A bit rushed, as they were at full capacity when we got there and had a short wait until we were seated. While we enjoyed our meals, I could not justify the new inflated prices to eat just a bacon cheese burger, fries and some terrible coleslaw and a beef dip. Could have had essentially the exact burger and fries at a triple O's drive thru for a less money. I understand inflation but at $20 an entree no matter what you choose it's not affordable to eat out as much. $3.99 for a fountain pop is ludicrous even if it comes with free refills. I didn't feel my plate was worth the price. However, like I said I understand inflation and wages have also gone up. We just won't be able to dine as frequently with the crazy new prices!
My husband and I eat at White Spot frequently..in restaurant and have ordered online…we have never experienced a problem until tonight ..we ordered the chicken Quesadilla and the Shepherds pie … it was horrible…Quesadillas were mushy and lacked flavour The Shepherds Pie was terrible tasting again mushy…hopefully White Spot will review who the cook/chef was on this night … not a pleasant experience.
The white spot across from orchard park mall in Kelowna has one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. A buddy mine and I go there at least once a month and everytime it is great and the staff is very nice. I highly recommend eating here.
the food here has only gotten better through out the years! still one of my favorite places to get a nice Bite to eat.
I will never spend a dime here. The fact that a hostess would not allow a young child to use the restroom while waiting for their paid meal to arrive is absolutely abhorrent. I hope this establishment learns to treat their paying customers with more dignity, compassion and respect in the future.
I absolutely love their legendary burgers and poutines. They are so good and reasonably priced! We ordered take out and the food was amazing!
