Staff are extremely rude and cut me off finishing my order for me before I could even continue ordering more items. Always the worst customer service here
The staff here are clearly overworked here. The drive thru consistently takes forever. However, the staff is always friendly. They definitely deserve a raise and additional staff.
I was in line at the drive through, along with 5 other cars. When I got up to the PA system the guy said they were closed and was rude. It just turned 11 while I was waiting in line. You seriously couldn’t take care of the few cars left in line? Very disappointed, I went across the street to McDonald’s, very friendly and got my food right away.
I'm tired of giving this place a chance. The quality has gone down drastically in recent months. Wait times are often 15 minutes + for now mediocre food.Or I get instances like today where I arrived at the drive through for breakfast at 10.00. They serve till 10.30. I was in the line for 15 minutes (there were only about 4 cars ahead of me) to finally be told at the speaker at 10.15 that they're not serving breakfast.So I ripped over to McDonald's and i was in and out in 3 minutes.Oh and if you try to contact anybody at Wendy's about an iasue you'll never hear back. Customer service is also abysmal. I won't be supporting this location any longer.
The ice in this medium drink is hilarious and this is after like 45 minutes hahaha a good 4 sips
I drive through here regularly, so, generally more than one star. Today is a terrible disappointment. I repeated my order at the window three times, the third time slowly to overcome the language barrier. I still got the wrong order. I don't know if this is a result of poor communication, or a decision to use up cooling food sitting at the pass rather than prepare a fresh order by request. Neither is a good business practice.
Food is pretty consistent. But drive though service on April 30th at about 6 pm was not. Two staff members (one male one female )having an argument instead of making sure the orders were actually put into the bags. No fries or spoons for frosty
Absolutely a joke this place. Wendys is usually sub par to start with but had to try their breakfast bacon abortion. Ordered at 10:10 am got my order and headed home 2 minutes away . Opened bag and the orders were not what we wanted. Went back at 10:20 told them they screwed up. Refused to make the proper order since breakfast ended. Not sure what world 10:20 am is later than 10:30 am . Needless to say got no breakfast. Wish I could give it zero stars
Service used to be good a couple years ago, the service and accuracy of what was ordered has been in a nose dive. Can't seem to get people here that have more than a couple marbles rolling around in their head. It's a must now to check the bag(s) before leaving the counter/drive thru window.
Asked for a Daves Single only ketchup and was given a burger with everything on it and no meat.
