I frequent Wasabi once a week for lunch, and they are excellent at all aspects of their business. They have the best customer service, period. They are very aware of their guests, always so friendly and genuine, and quick with whatever they do. As a regular, they remember me and my order, so I feel very at home here.The food is very consistent and high quality, from week to week there is never a sub-par meal or even one that varies much from the week before. Portion size to price is spot on, and ingredients are fresh. I'm always surprised how a bowl of their soup can fill me up and carry me through the rest of the day without making me feel heavy.Lastly, the ambience pairs well with everything above. There is usually jazz playing, and no obnoxious / distracting TVs plastering the walls. I like that on warm summer days, they will open the front bay doors so you can belly up to the bar there and sort of sit outside.
Really enjoyed everything we ordered. Ramen was delicious, noodles had a nice bit of chew. Tasty karaage and gyoza. Really friendly service. Service was great even though it was really busy.

Searched for Ramen restaurants in Kelowna this came as the highest ranked, and no wonder! The broth is thick and delicious, the meat savory and tender, the onions add a little crispy texture and the ramen was excellent. We had Gyoza as well, crispy outside and soft inside, yummy!
Best ramen in Kelowna, love the beef chili lime. The prices are fair and the food is fresh. They can occasionally be inconsistent, but most of the time the food is delicious and the service is fast. Don’t even bother with any other “ramen” in Kelowna as this is the only place you will find authentic ramen with good chashu
We keep going here. The surroundings are basic but the food and surface are excellent. The chicken garaage (twice as good as Popeyes), the ramen, the gyoza (preferably pan fried) and the okanamiyaki have become a staple for us. Pricing is low and service is highly pleasant.
Been going here for years. One of my favourite places in all of Kelowna. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. I've never been disappointed and I've eaten here hundreds of times. My go to is Japanese curry with veggies and death by karage. The price is point on all items is great and if you live downtown like myself it is actually affordable to eat out here often. Love this place!!! They also do take out!
Didn't take a photo this time; we just ate.Discovered this gem when we first visited Kelowna. Went there another time and the food is just as good! The staff are friendly and service is quick. Place gets busy around 11:30ish.Their death by chicken karaage is packed with lots of flavours; juicy and has a kick to it. Their ramen noodles are cooked perfectly; not too mushy or firm. The pork is soft - just melts in your mouth when you eat it. And the best part is the broth!They also have take home kits which you can order a day before.
Best ramen in town. The original is my favourite but I'm slowly making my way through the rest of the menu. Their house made noodles are a fine art.
