First time ordering from here and Unfortunately was very dissapointed! Toppings on my pizzas was very scarce and flavour was even more scarce! Wont even get into the undercooked. Chewy gummy dough! Did they vote themselves best pizza???

I ordered a medium pizza at 6:19 pm. The pizza arrived at 8:23 pm, over 2 hours later. It was lukewarm and slightly undercooked. The delivery guy was chill and it’s in no way his fault but the establishment should be embarrassed to provide such an experience. I feel ripped off.
i ordered a chicken parm pizza and a pizza lovers i would suggest to use the tasty small pepperoniand not this spicy salami type which if i knew i would of never ordered as it did mot say spicy....and not cheap....and take my first bite into the chicken parm and and i almost choke on something hard so i spit it out and its chicken bone not a happy customer most likely will not return
Sydney is the best! She made my pizza perfectly and had amazing enthusiasm!! Will 100% come back again for more delicious pizza:)
Just moved to Kelowna, and am enjoying all the new restaurants but, finding a pizza place as good as this one is rare. A true hidden gem here in Kelowna. The Philly Cheesesteak pizza is bang on!
A fine pizza. Have tries most of their vegetarian and chicken pizza’s. The taste is fine but it all starts to taste the same. I’m looking for a unique, special flavour pizza, different than the norm. They are better than the big box pizza places. The search still continues.
Good tasting pizza today. My 1st time finally. Just wished they had more and better specials and including on Fridays too. The Thurs special is a tad weak I noticed. Maybe that one and another would be better for that day. Will be back though.
Pizza wasn't bad. I probably would have enjoyed it more although their ordering system combined without having items I had originally ordered. Led me to tip way more than I had planed. Tipping 18.43 on a 44.58 order seems excessive. I mean who would be happy paying 62.95 for 2 medium pizzas.
Edit Nov 2021:Not sure if main staff have changed or procedures since the re-branding but wow. Ordered pizza last night and I found no less than 3 long strands of hair in my pizza I just am in complete shock.I've never experienced this here or anywhere else, not sure how this could be allowed to happen but obviously we were completely grossed out and ruined my birthday dinner.Not sure what has happened there but yeah if this is allowed to happen there needs to be major changes wow.----1st time customer, decided to try out for dinner today.Quick delivery, which was very well done on covid safety which I really appreciated being immunocompromised, made me feel safe.The pizza was super tasty, loved it, definitely will be ordering again! :)
