I called to ask if the regular and gluten free buns are vegan but they were unable to find out for me.Can you please educate your staff on what vegan means while also offering genuine vegan options? I find it frustrating that the vegan Impossible burger comes on a bun that is probably not vegan (based on a google search) and with sauce that is not vegan. Kindly, a struggling vegan who just wants a burger.
The staff are always friendly and the restaurant is always clean but the last time I got drive-through here they missed one of my meals (3 were ordered). They did credit me for a free meal on my next visit but it happened and I had to watch everyone else eat their delicious hot meals while I ate cold cereal.I'm just adding an update here that this restaurant seems to have improved their order checking and I've had no more problems since the day of my review. Overall I would say that this restaurant offers good quality and value.
Customer service is the worst! I added in an extra pickle fries and got bad attitude for it! The the 2 girls that were working just let my bag sit on the counter until they were ready to give to me, they weren’t waiting for anything except for their attitude to change! Will never come to this location again!
No bueno I do recommend one of the other two locations in town.

Good hamburgers and great milkshakes but I think that $37 for two meals was a bit excessive... they need to have better meal deals

Got the buttermilk chicken burger, yam fries and a sprite, I thought it was very tasty.
Drive Thru guy was exceedingly polite. Considering he was talking to two cars at once, he did phenomenally. Even gave us a free strip of bacon for our puppy ?
The staff here are wonderful. I was having a dark day and the staff friendliness was the light that brighten that day. The food is good as always but this location is my favorite because of the staff.They are always so funny to be there, offer option ideas and just seem to care. I love them all so much.
