Went here for Canada day and I was going to the washroom and saw that one of the brunette haired waitresses that went to the washroom and came out and didn’t wash her hands. Please make sure all your workers wash their hands after going to the washroom.
Good food and drinks We'll be back, the scallops were amazing!
Food was ok but I got a pasta for my main that was supposed to be with a rose sauce and the whole thing's just tasted like effin butter, it was disgusting. Service was ok.... Would not recommend eating here.
After the rude response from the pub after just adding a one star review, I’d like to mention we walked through the front doors. There were at least 4 girls on the floor, and at least two of them saw me walk in. Service was just slow and didn’t seem like they cared for our business - we were sitting in the middle of the patio, not the corner. That response just adds to an awful experience. These days it matters where you spend your money, so try and do it somewhere where they care about their customers!
Used to enjoy it here.. and had attentive staff. No familiar faces anymore. It took 20 minutes to get one draft beer and most of the staff appeared drunk and more concerned with partying or visiting amongst themselves. Place is going way downhill.
Decent wings! Love all the choices. Was here on a Friday night so service a tad slow but nothing bad. Typical pub atmosphere and choices. Garlic toast was really good!
We came with a large party and Allie was such an amazing server. She brought everything to the table before we even needed to ask and was so quick to help with any requests! I liked a lot of the dishes on the menu and after not being able to decide what to get I asked her for a recommendation. She told me the prawn tacos were good so I ordered them and they were fantastic! The pub was busy with the hockey game but despite all the people she managed to make the experience really personal and enjoyable. Along with the food being great I would definitely recommend anyone to tonics and even request her as a server.
The service could improve in this place. The lady in the door or I guess her name is Maria is not good in assisting the customers with their reservation. I just came in and book for a table since the place is full but like after 5-7mins of waiting outside, I came back and ask if I could take an empty table with which she replied “No! I have a waiting list…” with which I responded “Yes! My name is in that waiting list..”Then she check the table and come back to us for us to be seated. I was a little bit confused because I just came in and we had our name on the list and she was acting like she didn’t know me.By the way, were 4th in line and all the other first 3 were not within the area but she has their number so she didn’t bother to call them before giving us the seats.Thankfully our server McKeanna was very accommodating and very kind enough to help us in every way possible. She is a 5 star for me..The serving size is also reasonable and the food was served hot and fresh. A lot of options as well for Wings Night.
Food and service was great! Our burgers were delicious and perfectly cooked. The building and interior looked a bit tired but this place is perfect if you want great pub food!
As a Greek I like my meat cooked, which usually makes it a little tough. The New York Steak Sandwich I order the other day was cooked to perfection, tasty, and so tender.I order take out often, and the service is fast, 15 minutes max no matter what I order.
