This is pretty much the only good Tim's left in Kelowna. So it's nice to have good service from a Tim's. This is now basically the only Tim's I will actually go to now
Worst experience ever. Asked three times for a simple modification to my breakfast sandwich and they still got it wrong.
Unfortunately, you can't place a mobile order at this location. It's an inconvenience when on a long drive; I like the convenience of placing my order online beforehand, and then I just need send my older kids to pick up the order, while I take care of my younger kids and hurry back on the road (multi-tasking).
No delivery services!? One of several Tims who do not offer delivery. Good thing McDonald's has Tims old coffee and all outlets do delivery!
I can't understand why the store was open last week at night I want something to eat and sit down , it was close again.No signs out saying why .Get with it timmmies.
Location is in a nice area, Ever since they got new staffs, the speed and quality of their food has gone up. Inside is nice but lacks seating area. I ordered a 10pc timbits here once , specifically asked for a variety of flavours and all they put in was birthday cake flavors ones. When there's clearly more options. It was not my birthday that day either.
Kinda felt sketchy there, had to lock my car when I went in, and when I was driving when I left. Staff confused iced pink lemonade with iced strawberry lemonade. Didnt know they got rid of it. No jelly doughnuts what the heck!?!
Yooooo that was THE most beautiful sandwich I ever seen in my life hahah. Our meal was perfect and looked like the food from the commercials. Also great and super fast service.

Quick and efficient, need to be open longer hours in the evening though
