Just came through the drive-thru and asked for a jalapeños bagel, with plain cream cheese... I am a vegetarian, and for some reason they had put bacon on it?! The lady at the till had no apology, used attitude, and that is such a food safety concern!
Wait 20 minutes in lineup and they don’t even heat it up! Cheese just still cold like dayam
This Tim Hortons is a snack bar attached a large Esso gas station with a car wash. I was there just for gas.
Horrible customer service, made my food wrong twice. Drove away the second time not expecting them to make it wrong again. They tried to argue with me when I complained. Incredibly slow service for a Tim Hortons. I tried to call to speak to a manger and the manager is the one who was rude to me. Don’t go here.
Customer service was not good at all. The Manager kept arguing with me that my phone is not working for tap but he wasn't listening to me at all. Finally, i told them to try another pos, turns out my phone was working perfectly fine
I WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED ON WAY HOME I WAS STARVING AND GOT A $13.00 MEAL TO GO. SO ON WAY HOME I UNWRAP Sandwich and it tasted blech so i turned interior light on and it was sooo burnt !!!!
This Tim Hortons location is extremely fast and efficient. Never mess up my order and staff are super friendly as well. My favourite location for sure!
this is one of the worst tim hortons i been too. just ordered a ice cap it was water tried to take it back she told me she wouldnt do it and it was perfect lol i order these everyday i should know how they should be. worst customer service ever.
Great staff, fast service. Now we just have to get people with large orders to phone ahead and go in to pick up rather than holding up the drive through.
Worst customer service I ever had in all the Tim Hortons I've been to....product was good,but staff was rude and ignorant,they need to get customer service training...
