Went for breakfast today. My girlfriend ordered a mocha iced Capp and so did I but with Almond milk. Mine was correct but they made her's as a plain iced Capp. She told the guy who made it that it was supposed to be chocolate and he argued with her and wouldn't make it proper. These kinda things happen too often with Tim Hortons now, the Canadian spirt of "sorry" is gone from them.

Apparently, they don't know what "crispy bacon" is, like it's some kind of novel idea; when I asked her please can you be sure it's crispy, she said, "I don't know, I have to ask, I think it just comes that way: pale, pink, and soft."- WHAT?!? They don't eat bacon?!? ?Afterwards, my son-in-law said he asked for extra bacon, to be sure they'd have to make a fresh batch, and it was; fresh and crispy!! ?

Consistent with orders, quick and makes my coffee right each time. Can't say the same for other tims but this one is great!

I went to Rutland's Tim Hortons around 2:30pm, tried to order FV, iced cup. and 2 croissant. Then I asked to have a cup of hot water with my order, the cashier said we charge for the hot water too. I said I always come to here to have my coffees and foods, it is the 1st time I have been told I need to be charge for a hot water with my orders. I said can you ask , then the female Indian cashier told me I am the manager and I am sure the hot water need to pay. Oaky, so I canceled my order. I know my order is very small to your store. It is not worth enough to kindly provide a hot water with, so need to be charged for it. Even it is a tiny small order to your store but it still need to use my hardworking money to pay it. So, save your hot water for sales and your values customer. I save my money and will spend it to the other store which would like to treat me as a values customer and would like to friendly provide a hot water with my orders. I still need to say "thank you " to your manager, she 'kindly' remind me the hot water need to be charged even I ordered coffees and foods at your store. So I will save my gas to not drive to your place anymore . Thanks for your store's "kindly service" today, anyway, I got my coffees, foods and hot water with my orders at the other place.

Went this morning, order a ice mocha latte and she punched in vanilla and she double checked and we corrected her. And then she gave us the hot one and started saying you didn’t say the ice mocha latte if I didn’t say the ice mocha latte then I also didn’t said hot drink. Anyways then the stared making faces and saying something instead of making the right order. Then i said to my friend, I will post a good review for the other girl who was making our order, I asked her name as she was not wearing a name tag, she said “ it’s none of your business” and slammed the door on our faces. I don’t know if the active manager of this Tim’s location is ok with that.

Your employees are very rude and disrespectful. You need to give them training for how to behave with customer. I am also working in food industry so I know how a customer should be treated. I just normally asked for the name of your employee and she said this is none of your business and slammed the door. I just want to tell you that yes, this is my business to know the name of employee because we are giving you business

This Tim Horton has the worst service and the staff sucks. I ordered a steep tea DD but I had no idea what they gave me . It tastes so disgusting . I went back to get another order and staff said I have to pay extra . Poor service and staff was rude and saying '' this is your last chance to get free coffee '' which is making no sense. and I left and they did not do anything to make their mistake right .I had wasted my money. So disgusting and they were not even busy . such a horrible staff .

very bad service, they never stir coffee and teas before giving to customers.today i ordered everything bagel tosted with butter with chipotle, two hash browns, lettuce and tomato inside, but i just got bagel and hash browns.even it wasn’t that busy.

I ordered 2 Canadian maple donuts and they put them both upside down taking off all the glaze from the top. I expected better.

I wanted to use some Tim bits for a baking project for Easter. I asked for 30 chocolate ones, twice. When I got home the girl had given me a variety of Tim bits and one of the chocolate ones look like it had a bite taken out of it. They also look like day-old Tim bits not fresh. So disappointed in the service and the product. I used to think that Tim bits or anything from Tim Hortons was quality product. Will not go there again. Tried to take a picture but their picture service doesn’t work.
