The staffs need to be polite in greeting the customers. They keep talking among themselves loudly inside the restaurant. There should be a mix of well trained and senior staffs with the novice ones. Otherwise, quality of service will continue to go down.
I actually recommend everyone go here at least once or twice just to appreciate how much better every OTHER location really is.It's actually surreal how incompetent they get.Last time I was there they missed putting part of my order in the bag after taking my money, and when I return with the receipt after checking the bag they claim, no joke "That's not our fault" and refused to refund the missing item.A previous time they gave me a steak sandwich and forgot the meat (how do you even do that), when I showed them the sandwich they just pointed and laughed like it was the funniest thing. That had to be intentionally pranking the costumer or something. At least they remade the sandwich after catching their breathe and making me late for work.
Today i ordered a small steap tea triple triple at drive through and staff said it takes 5 minuts to prepare you can wait outside paking area and i waited almost 15 minutes nobody came then i call at store and asked for tea then they came and gave me a tea without any sugar ..totally wastage of time ???
They never have any chilli made, not cause they are out, just cause they don’t make it. If they do have what you want it usually made wrong and not very good. The service is pretty terrible aswell ..if I could give no stars I would …. Possibly the worst Timmy’s in Canada.
Worst Tim’s in Kelowna. Often out of key products and extremely slow service. I’ve decided to avoid this location at all costs even though it is the closest to me. Do your self a favour and go to Glenmore.
The last three times I went here they couldn't get my order right. Wrong size drinks wrong amount of items and even completely different items than I ordered. I don't go here anymore unless I'm desperate...shame as this used to be a favorite of mine with good service...it's gone way downhill in the last couple years.
Trash service. 15 minutes to get a coffee and I was the only person in there the entire time. Girls in the back laughing the whole time. Ignore all the 5 star reviews. Most of them are accounts with one review...
This is by far the worst location not just in Kelowna but that I have ever been to. They are slow and always mess up orders. Their lobby has been closed for about a month due to being “short staffed”. They have been out of ice cap syrup for over a week and they are constantly running out of other products. The staff have zero customer service skills and look miserable. The manager should be fired and there should be a complete overhaul of staff. Everything about this location is unacceptable.
Absolute worst restaurant experience available in kelowna. Whether its as a customery, or a delivery driver (which I do) they are much too slow. 1 car in the drive through and I had to wait 15 minutes for my order of a wrap and a latte.I keep coming back for convenience thinking "ahhh it couldnt have been that bad" but it really is. At least they are consistent!Avoid this restaurant like the plague unless you ABSOLUTELY have too
Worst customer service, I went there at lunch time couldn't go inside the door was locked, sign on the door said not enough staff only drive thru, go to the drive thru they had no bagels? And only a few doughnuts then the cashier was rude when I asked why they had no bagels, that place is a joke.
