Went inside to grab a coffee and treat for the kids. I stood there for 10 minutes, not a single person helped me at the till. They all looked at me from the back but not one person came to take my order. Needless to say I walked out and went somewhere else

Charged for a sando we didn't get, the wrap was super dry, almost broke a tooth on the timbits.

This is my favourite location in town my far! Lately they have stopped allowing mobile orders after 3pm which is super inconvenient so I don't order here much anymore sadly. I've tried to let them know several times that there seems to be an issue with their app but they say they are certain it's fine, even though I showed them the issue on my app.

Sooo I really don't like the other locations AT ALL. My order is always screwed up, the staff are rude, the line is slow and I'll occasionally be short chained.Here, the staff are always patient, yet quick. My order is nearly always correct & if it's not they are happy and eager to fix it. I've never been short chained and the best part is they will occasionally talk to me!!! (Just simple a simple "how are ya?" Or "have a good day".That goes a long way here and is my biggest praise as most retail (especially fast food/gas) places don't do this at all.Only giving a 4 cus it could be better (maybe I just have unrealistic standards no days) but they are trying harder and doing better than any other Tim Hortons in all of Kelowna(and every one I've gone to in West K).To the staff and managers;Y'all are doing amazing. Keep up the hard work, you're appreciated.

Was so happy with my drive-thru service today! The person taking the order listened and repeated the order back to me to make sure, when I got to the window, the lady looked me in the eye and had a smile on, made sure by telling me what was in the coffee that it was mine and took payment after she told me the amount. I used a gift card and asked for the balance, she asked if I wanted a receipt for it written down or just to be told. What an amazing customer service. I was at the turtle bay location in lake country the other day and had to go into the restaurant after ordering to get my coffee fixed…I was doubtful on returning to Tim’s but this location has renewed my loyalty to you. Thanks for all that were working today!

I ordered a sausage fiesta wrap combo via the drive through and was charged an extra dollar for the vegetables in it when it comes in it by default. So I was a bit confused about that as I've had the same wrap at another Tim Hortons location and wasn't charged extra dollar. Service was fast but not so accurate because of the extra dollar charge. Food was fresh and good though. I should have gone back to complain about the extra dollar charge but I was in a hurry to get home.

There is a karma thing between my wife and her love for potatoes wedges. Almost about 80% of the time Tim Horton doesn’t have her favourite food item potatoes wedges or they just sold their last one and she has to wait 10-15 minutes or they are just sold out for the day.

Worst location ever.....ive never had a sandwich or begal not burnt or not made right.Today my begal had hardly any cream cheese and was burnt

Take the time to read this... I know of other people that had the same experience.This location has taken a sour turn. The management staff person that was there Sunday morning (Oct 17, 2021) had zero compasion for an order mistake and the difficulties their processs had on customers.They recorded my order wrong making an assumption that an addition was a change. I noticed the change leaving the drive-thru. I attempted to fix the order by going to the store front. The dinning was closed due to staffing, and they would not make an exception. I watched staff talking, one made eye contact with me and didnt take a moment to see me holding up my order to put it together. All the time standing at the front door, I had to listen to customers negative remarks about the dining room being closed while hoping someone would halp me.I had to re enter the drive- thruto fix the order. Which was running around 10mins to get to the window. It should not take 25mins for me to get a Tim Hortons order and the order be done right. It should be done right the first time.Simple changes would have avoided the whole situation at the start.1. Dont assume, and clarify the customers order2. Repeat large orders. The order screen doesnt show everything3. In the off occasion that an order is not correct, have a process that is simple to 'ein the customer back'.4. This is for the customers, check you order while at the window. A while in the drive through, I became impatient. This will delay the drive through more because you cannot trust the order will be right, but that loops back to the first two point. It is the responsibility of the staff to mitigate this from happening and build that trust back.Today, this team did nothing to win me back. Hard to discuss my frustrations when I am told I have to pay to fix my order, and do it in a drive through window. With a manager rolling their eyes during a complaint.
