The constantly get my order wrong. Have asked for a sausage breakfast wrap and there's not even any sausage in there. It's just bacon and egg like cmon it's not that difficult ?
Very poor customer service. People start their day with Tim Hortons :) DONT SPOIL IT
This Tim Hortons provides terrible customer service. Consistently. I can tell that the owner/management is not engaged.
I had some time to spare so I went to this Tim's for a break. The store was clean, the staff were friendly and the Easter Nest donut was a treat!
I have been ordering Breakfast sandwich (egg, hash brown and Cheese on a croissant) from almost all over Canada, except this location refused to do that, they said they cannot do this on this location, however they were ready to give me egg, cheese and hashbrown separately in a box, how does it matter if they just put it inside the croissant!!! This is stupud.
Usually pretty fast and food is standard, but every other timmies always has one vegetarian soup option, this one never has. Like never have I been able to get a soup from this location. Not too accommodating
horrible customer service everytime i go here they are rude and gave me my tea with a leak in the cup than the manager called me a liar when i brought it in to show and ask for a new one and when i order ice caps they put way to much of the syrup in so i try and ask for a little and i repeat little extra cream and they give me a cup full of milk pretty much and argue when you want it remade. try and avoid this one and go to a different one
every time I come here the steeped tea tastes burnt like no one brews fresh when it expires, and the employees are more interested in getting you out fast than even saying ‘hello’ to you. I just went through about a half hour ago, and not one word was spoken. to me at the window. just work on your customer service.

Good service in general I just stop ✋ at Tim Hortons to get ☕ or French vanilla and I ❤ them.
