Dined in today with my family during our vacation. The food was good and the service was pretty good as well considering the server did all the work while serving two large parties (two 8 tops) and a few other tables.I ordered the chicken Parm and it was delicious. The kids had pizza and chicken fingers and they were a hit as well.We started the lunch with some bread followed by some soup. I decided to upgrade to their French onion soup and enjoyed it.Overall a good dining experience, I would definitely come back again.
Great price and portion. It comes with a choice of salad/soup and garlic bread. I will definitely will back here again when I’m in Kelowna. My kids love their spaghetti and meatball that comes in the kids meal and can’t forget their delicious spumoni ice cream. The adults enjoyed their pasta dishes. It was quite big portion so we even had left overs. Don’t forget to order their clam chowder soup it was very tasty.
This location, the kitchen staff here prepared some great food. The pasta sauce was prepared perfectly and not too rich. So palatable. Tasty.... Yummy. And if you know about the Gastown old spagetti factory, the manager Kris may even share a few stories about it if he has the time. I wish the other kitchens at the other locations can learn more from this one. I still like the other ones, But I love this one.
This has to be, hands down, the restaurant with the best customer service. Every single employee we encountered really made us feel welcome. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about everything on the menu as well as items which were not necessarily described in the menu. The manager really demonstrated exceptional customer service checking in our experience in the restaurant as well as all other guests. He was in no way intrusive but instead delightful to chat with.Not only is the food absolutely delicious but you honestly cannot beat the value.We look forward to our next visit!!
We had company from out of town and they suggested last-minute over Denny’s that we visit OSF for dinner. We were a bit apprehensive to visit as it was Canada Day and the place was packed, however, we were attended to promptly and service was good. Meals came fast. I had spaghetti with meat sauce and the portion was generous. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the house salad included with the meal. The lettuce was limp and there were no croutons or vegetables. I personally am a bit biased as I am an Olive Garden fan, but this comes close in terms of quality and service that I would expect from Olive Garden. Good value for money.
Best Lasagna I had ever!It is better than what my auntie makes in every occasion! Sorry auntie!!The manager and waiter were so nice and polite, one of the waiters was so patient with me, I was demanding a lot regarding some ingredients especially in the Tiramisu!I love this place and the atmosphere, highly recommended!
Went on Sunday night in June, 2022 - great service even though they were very busy, got seated very quickly and the service was great, food as always was excellent. We will be going back
We went to the old spaghetti factory for a authentic Italian meal. We ordered the spaghetti and meatball classic the food was good but could have been better tasting. Overall a good meal for the price.
Disappointing. One salad incorrect, wine warm, main course served before salad finished, bill given before sweets finished.
Thank you so much for your hospitality in accommodating our large group. We were extremely impressed with the service and the food! Very friendly and fast for a late night large group of hungry soccer players! Highly recommend for any teams traveling and looking to feed their group! Oscar, Ethan, Jen and Chris were fantastic and made us feel welcome and at home after a long day! We'll come back for sure!
