Shannon was our waitress. She was wonderful, quick, friendly and helpful. She made our first experience worth our while.We also found the other waitresses receptive and friendly.Thank you for a great experience.
Always look out for 40z steak night specials they hold every once and a while. They are such a great value for what you pay for.
I love brewhouse. The food is really great and the atmosphere is cool. Also the servers are excellent. In particular - they have been really kind to my kids when they are in there. It loses one star as on one occasion when we went in and tried to get a table - the gentleman working the front was pretty unfriendly and turned us away. He gave us the impression that maybe we were not worthy customers because my kids obviously wouldn’t be drinking and running up a bar bill- but honestly that experience shouldn’t deter from the fact that everything else is amazing
Staff were awesome. Wings, however, weren’t. Dry (ordered extra crispy so I guess that figures) sparse, didn’t come with any celery sticks or anything. Pretty pathetic wing feed.
Good service and everything the waitress tonight was nice and sweet 12$tip we gave her coming back and she's gonna be are waitress I'm satisfied with there food and service tonight
Chose this gem for eats/drinks and our spot to watch the first game of the BOA series. The atmosphere was second to none, with half the patrons being Oilers fans, the other half... flamers!Huge menu, for both food and drink. Reasonably priced and the service was superb.Thanks BHK !
Absolute garbage. Ordered 3 items: 1 was ok, 1 was missing, and one was inedable. Called and got into pass the buck between them and skip. They put us on hold then hung up after 3 minutes. On trying to call back their system said they were too busy to take our call. This is not remotely acceptable. Spent $50 for a mediocre chicken samwitch and 4 hockey pucks.
Absolutely terrible experience. Waiter couldn’t have any patience to listen to what everybody wanted, rushed off as soon as someone said one bit of something they wanted. Missed two orders out of six people, one of which never got food. Gave us a drink nobody asked for. Not to mention the bathrooms are absolutely horrendous, NO tissue paper, sinks are covered in water and used tissue paper. Just very very poor service and experience. 0/10
I have been to the Canadian brewhouse many times, but have to say this time was not great.. when we ordered our first drink it was quick to the table. But after that it seemed to get longer and longer to order drinks.i also ordered the tacos which was 25 minutes for 3 small tacos. I know the aim of a bar is to make sales but not at cost of customer service..
