Yesterday went to the Orchard Park mall Kelowna location. Mall closes at 6 PM.We stood in line and went to order at 5:20.We were told that they are not selling tacos because they want to clean up and be out of that location at 6:00 when the mall closes.To me that is unacceptable I have worked many jobs and when you’re open till 6:00 you are fully operational till 6:00. Especially at a dinner rush time, are they not there to feed people????
The customer service was not good at this Taco Bell. The cashier had attitude in her voice tone and facial expression. I was asking her if meat can be reolacd woth riceband liquid cheese. Then she spoke to the guy inbthe back in another language and he raised his voice at ke and said "no I cant put liquid cheese because it will explode everywhere. That cashier was giving me dirty looks and made no effort to offer different options to customize my order. I was going to ask for some liquid cheese on the side but i felt to uncomfortable to make any futher communication with her. I will definitely be going back there again. That was an awful experience. ?
The teller that took our order today was having a bad day or something. Before we even started our order I could tell the staff member was irritated about something. My daughter changed her drink order before we even finalized the order or paid. She rolled her eyes at me and said I’ve already rang it in as though it was now final and couldn’t be changed. I said I’m sorry, I didn’t hear her and ordered the wrong drink and she would like this drink instead. When she gave us our order she forcefully slid the bags across the counter and we caught them before they fell on the floor. My daughters order was incorrect and had sour cream in it which we asked not to have. She said it’s spicy ranch not sour cream. I tried it myself and it was not spicy ranch at all and she refused to correct it and provide a replacement and looked at my daughter like to bad so sad. I get people have bad days and staff are probably sick of dealing with customers but your customers are paying for this and expect what we ordered at the very least. It would be nice if this staff member learned to not act childish and younger than the child she was serving as my daughter walked away asking me if she did or said something wrong.

Hey came here just cause I wanted taco bell coming from a small town. Dorito taco is just as I remember, I messed up my side of the order, and they replaced it free of charge. Couldn't be happier, thank you to the staff!

They closed the Taco Bell side at 615pm. Should have been open to 7pm.
