The attitude towards customer service needs major work here. I wont be going back.
I hate doing google reviews because sometimes things are honest mistakes. But when it comes to dealing with food number 1 thing that should always be drilled into everyone's head is washing your hand when dealing with food. Usually don't really see any issues but this young lady who I've seen only one time here started making my food while it was getting it toasted she rung me out to pay. I paid in cash due to the terminal being down. After i paid she began to pull my food out of the toaster. She then asked me for veggies and i stopped her before putting anything on it i asked to change her gloves because you were just dealing with cash. I've been in the kitchen industry for years and I've ran a couple night shift kitchens and the biggest thing is if my staff were to not wash their hands after dealing with something that can remotely transfer germs are cause some sort of illness i would lose it. Please Please Please supervisor/manager train your staff that you need to wash your hands after dealing with money right away!!!! Their is no reason at all for you not.
Was sad to see that this evening that i would not be able to purchase a sub sandwich due to the store being closed before posted hour(10pm), looked to see if there was a note to indicate an early closing, none I arrived at 9:26pm and went home hungry. Date Wednesday 2022-06-29, all posted signage indicated a 10pm close both physical and digital?
I've frequented this location for years.. Won't be after today. Ordered a sub, asked for it toasted. As it was in the oven, she rang it up on the till and had me pay, no big deal. She immediately went to grab my sandwich out of the oven, and continue to wear the same gloves she just touched the till with. When I said I wasn't trying to be rude, but would prefer she change gloves? She got an attitude and gave the reason they sanitize the till frequently. GROSS.
The most absolute chincy location ever! You'd think the east Indian girl was saving the veggies for her self
Great sub, very fresh. Busy between 1130 to 1pm, but the quality is worth the wait. Friendly staff as well.
Terrible food. The quality has really changed. I used to go here all the time but will not go back. The vegetables are low quality and the bread. Save your money.
Tomatos were soo fresh. Lettuce was meh. Service was awesome. Sub tasted great
Bad experience....Crispy Chicken was really bad-very wet and uncooked, the chief was a bit rude to other employee..so sad.
Today I went this place there was a indian girl( weqring some gold chain) she didn’t bothered to put veggies on the whole sandwich one side was loaded and other was hardly having something got really disappointed
