I stood for 10minutes waiting to be served but no one noticed me come in and all 3 workers were too busy in the back chatting to even notice I was there, i said hello but i dont think they could hear me.... so i left, not one of 3 employees even came out to see if there were customers.This was at 4:15pm, Wednesday July 6th/22, at Lawrence Ave Subway.As of writing this, watching another customer waiting and not being served.
What an absolute joke. Went to this subway at 840 tonight (20 minutes before close) and open sign was off and door was locked. I saw the workers inside staring at me while they were closing early. Not the first time they have closed before their posted hours.
Complete lack of effort at this subway, multiple times they don't have any bread but one kind as they don't bake bread fresh in the morning, they slapped my sandwich together like the place was filled with customers when I was the only one in there and then when I went to apply my rewards for a discount she said that it was taken off the bill bit I wasn't and made me pay full price anyway and just shrugged me off.... Very disappointed
Worker refused to refill toppings they had "run out" of and put the wrong sauce on sub. Not the subway I was expecting. Rude service.
Very poor customer service and they don't clean properly. Nuts and oats on the bottom of my cheese bread!
The female working today showed no respect at all. It showed the male person working with her was super helpful till the end and all we could see her do was rudeness and attitude with zero customer service and with AirPods on and just running away to deal with us and thankful for the other co-worker with her showed us respect and dealt with us.
A female is working there today,is not even following instructions, and customer satisfaction and appreciation was zero. Airpods were on and she wouldnt deal with the frowd just threw us to be dealt with her co- worker which showed he was under mental pressure. Servixe wasnt good at all by her. Thanks to this person who served us.
Normally this subway is great! Today, not so much. Seemed to be a new employee there who was quite rood. Put a sour taste in my mouth. Hopefully she's not there next time ?
What a bad experience I had! Waited for so long for them to serve, the cx before me had meat.....and the server never changed the gloves...she literally toasted my bun *thrice* because she had to fill sauce bottles. She was throwing veggies on the sandwich, even the veggies that I didn't ask for. I asked her I don't need it, she continued to rudely say that she can't take it out now and didn't have any sauces. Then I said, I don't want to buy from them and asked her to cancel my order, then she literally said, that I shall be sorry for wasting her time and now I would have to pay, even if I want it or not. Seriously? I never had this kind of service........
Why prioritize door dash orders with multiple people in line at the store? I'm not going to wait 10 minutes for you to make all the delivery orders so they can just wait to be picked up. Went across the street to medi mart for a better sandwich instead of waiting here
