I recommend literally any other location in Kelowna where they don't count the number of black olives you ask for.
Buns we rock herd. Not even edible. They offered me a drink instead of a refund.
Lady was super friendly and helpful. I made some unusual requests and she was supportive. I will definitely be coming back!

I've always liked Subway and this location especially is really ready to help make your lunch exactly how you wanted
The ham and turkey are consistently past date. They do not throw out old product until it is obviously bad and have already made countless customers sick. Their vegetables are consistently soggy and wilted. Their refrigeration system partially freezes all of their product and you can see it just by glancing down. The owner doesn't care about quality and the employees are rude and loud. Avoid unless you enjoy diarrhea and dry heaving in the morning.
Don't have extra masks and very rude staff
Was told they couldn’t serve me because I didn’t have a mask. And did not have a mask to provide me with. Horrible customer service. I’ve been to other subway locations before and they ALL have masks to provide.
Didnt have a mask on me, and asked immediately if they had one. Let me stand in line while looking and came back to tell me they don’t have one and kicked me out. Absolutely disgusting customer service !!
Food is okay. Staff are terrible human beings. Last time I was here the staff were too busy arguing and shouting each other to notice they had customers coming in the door. When one of them finally did take notice of the line slowly beginning to form two of them continued arguing VERY LOUDLY with each while one came out to serve. The argument was so loud that I could not hear the girl trying to take my order.All that anger they put in the air spread as well, two people who had already been served and seated at a table began arguing angrily with each other, I ended up getting angry because I couldn't hear what the person taking my order was saying and she could barely hear me, the people who came in behind me started to get angry likely for the same reason. Just an all around miserable experience and it's not the first time at this location. If the people here want to have such bad attitudes toward each other they should probably be sent to the unemployment line. I know I wouldn't put up with staff who bicker and argue in front of customers.
