While the young man who made my food was polite, the woman at the cash appeared to intentionally give people one cookie instead of two with their combos. It happened to me and two others while I was in line, after she was corrected by another customer.It's hard to believe this was not intentional from the franchise owner. I haven't been to subway in a year and don't think I will again.
Loved my experience here. It was very busy and the employees were so organized and friendly. Food was amazing. Definitely gonna be back. Always had great experiences here
You have to have a boarding pass to even get to it and you wouldn't believe the charges on my visa from both kelowna airport and subway. One sub cost me almost $100. Never again and the sandwich was noe fresh or even good. Do not recommend at all. Don't waste your time or money.
On Wednesday night our flight out Kelowna was delayed by several hours. Westjet gave us meal vouchers and since White Spot was full and Tim Hortons was closed, this Subway location got extremely busy very fast. I didn't get his name but the very young man working there did an incredible job. With customers lined up half way through the gate area, he kept calm and did amazing job keeping the line moving. When the line-up was down to a few, help did arrive but by that time it was almost over. Kudos to this great young man. Hope you got to keep the tips that we left for you!!! (Food was good and well prepared too!)
Closed early to clean. Turned away customers that are boarding a plane and won't be able to eat till their destination. Very bad business practice....hopefully there is something open when I land. It's like the three employees don't want to stay after closing to clean. Want to leave right away
Shrinking the amount served, the sauce, asked for the new feef wrap with avocado and no avocado on it, food was dry because they didn’t put enough sauce on it.
9.99 foot long is a good price for an airport and it was really good
Jan.1st-2022 Just had a lovely experience here! Both young men serving us were so friendly, asking each customer about their day and travel plans, and genuinely listening. Sandwiches were delicious, will definitely be back!
Waited 40 minutes in like while one staff member made everyone's order and everyone else stood in the back washing things and texting
