F THIS STARBUCKS DO NOT GO HERE!!!Worst service i have ever received oh my god. SO SLOW!! I sit in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes and there is only 1 or 2 cars ahead of me. I seriously don’t understand why they’re so slow do they only have one person working???? I hate this place.

Almost ever time I have gone through the drive-thru I have been very cheerfully greeted and complimented by Julius (I believe that is her name). She always puts a smile on my face and I am so appreciative of such friendly customer-service. She always makes my day so I hope her boss sees this and gives her a raise. ?

Beyond exceptional - been putting writing a good review off for far too long.The folks here have learned my name and that of my fiancé, and they have always been very friendly. On a number of occasions they’ve given me a free cookie or a drink if I was having an off day or sometimes even just out of the goodness of their heart.HQ, *Give these folks a raise!*

I decide to go to Starbucks for the first time in forever. I ordered the mango dragon fruit refresher which is purple and has dragon fruit pieces in it and a breakfast sandwich. I get to the window and she hands me a lemonade . It's yellow. She says it's the same thing and they just don't have the dragon fruit inclusion or fruit right now .. I'm like ummm well I'm not paying 7 dollars for a drink that is missing half of what goes in it. So I want a refund of my whole order because I don't want a sandwich either without a drink. I then sit for TEN minutes for her to get cash out of the till for me. Then she gives me the wrong refund. I was ANOTHER Tl5 mins to get me the right amount. Now I spent 15 minutes waiting with no line in front of me, to end up with nothing and a bunch of loose change now instead of my twenty dollar bill. Cool.

Order messed up via drive thru. Went in store and it was still made with the wrong milk even though I showed the barista the drink I wanted. She was a bit passive aggressive. Just bad customer service.

Parking lot is tight. Not designed for pickup trucks. Drive thru was tight. Slow service. Location on gps was wrong and the drive thru was spilling onto the street. Bad location.

Really good staff, enjoyable experience. Everyone is working hard to create the best Starbucks experience. Will definitely come back

I had a great experience at this location and the staff was incredibly helpful even when I messed up my own mobile order, they were happy to correct it for me.Emma and stephy were at the drive through window and helped me out. Top notch service and they made me really happy this morning! ?
