I had a great experience at this Starbucks. In particular an employee named Ava made made my day just that much brighter. Give her a raise she deserves it!

My favourite location. Decided to try something new today and Anika made me a bomb of a drink! Iced coffee with pistachio cold foam! I am addicted now.
Went through the drive thru this morning and the gentleman that took my order was so upbeet and polite. Great service , over all made my day.

Had an Uber eats driver not grab one of my drinks, when I attempted to contact him about it he told me it wasn't his problem and hung up on me (rude!). When I called the Starbucks directly they were so apologetic and kind, I told them I would come pick it up, they remade my order when I came in and gave me a gift card for the cost of the drink even though it wasn't their fault/issue! Excellent customer service!! :)
Slowest. Starbucks. Ever. Maybe it was everyone's first day, but one guy was actually making drinks and there was 6 others standing around. The drive thru was open, but otherwise no one was ahead if us, and it took 15min for one drink.
Drive through was extremely slow. Staff left us sitting at drive through for 5 minutes and still never took our order when we brought it up to their attention the staff was completely rude and condescending. Overall the experience was not enjoyable and I will not come back
