The store was physically locked by 4pm, with a closing time of 7pm. The door said to pull in via drive-thru, or order ahead on the app. Unable to order through app as order-ahead was turned off. So, only drive through was available. Wouldn't serve me at the window as I was on foot on the way home after work. Manager/on-duty lead (?) wouldn't even make eye contact to tell me she couldn't serve me. I assume the work culture isn't great here, hence the shortened hours and lack of staff.

The food is very good, however we did not appreciate all the noise goingOn when cleaning up for the day.Scraping metal on cement, yikes, what a racket.
Barista was super friendly. We were very impressed.
Got a caramel crunch frappechino and a bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese,.despite the pricey cost was pretty tasty.

I always get great service and they seem to care how they make your drink for you especially when you ask for a Venti Caramel Frappuccino with no whip and extra drizzle. The always cover the inside of the cup with drizzle before they fill it. It's awesome that way
THE WORST LOCATION IN KELOWNA. Rude staff, worse management, and refuse to make simple changes to drinks that all other locations have no problem with.
Great service at the drive thru. I always get a chi tea latte and it's perfect every time.
