Just grabbed my “morning” coffee here as usual and as always, the most friendly service. Emma is a gem. I think she’s a new barista but I hope she stays because she makes my day! They serve different kinds of coffees and hot beverages. Looks like some food probably too. The sugar is sweet and the cream is creamy. Great staff here ?

If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I would. The "supervisor" has zero customer service skills. As a customer I was unable to complete any sentence I tried to speak. I've been in customer service for more than half my life, treat others with consideration and respect, and bend over backwards for my customers. The supervisor here interrupted me at every turn, told me I couldn't stand, I had to sit, so I ultimately chose to sit in my car. The tables are not cleaned between guests, so I was much more comfortable standing. I've never seen or heard such a condescending, rude tone come from any other person. I've never left a review, this woman was so horrible, I couldn't help it. Not that they care but Starbucks has lost this customer for good.
Love their latte. I can't start my day without one. They have free wifi. You can install the app and earn point with each drinks ❣ the point system is really rewarding. You can get free coffee, free pastries, free sandwiches or even a free mug depending on how much points you have. U also get special promotions on the app and an play games for a chance to win prizes The staff are really friendly and it is a great place to meet a friend or to study. The music is not loud and bathrooms are always clean. I definitely recommend trying their oat latte is it amazing
