Starbucks food and coffee the same as all of their locations, but I really enjoy the staff at this location.
Pretty standard Starbucks, coffee is pretty good, nice atmosphere, mostly friendly staff.

I go to this Starbucks almost everyday for my team and I. Every morning I am greeted by Mira, Rannan, Elle, Sydney, Ricky, Chai and the rest of the team (sorry if I got names wrong or left some out, my memory is limited LOL) I cannot thank you all enough for always making my massive order with the best customer service in Kelowna. I will continue to order from you and thank you so much!
Missed one of my orders and the taste of the coffee is not as good as the other Starbucks in town
Very friendly team members and one girls was doing a great job cleaning. Nice location!
Rude customer service and waited forever for our drinks. My son has a mask exemption and he was verbally accosted by the employees. Even after we explained to them (and there were no other customers in side and they were all behind plexiglass and wearing masks. Where did common sense and common decency go!?
If you don't know what you want or don't know what to expect, you're not a Starbucks type of person. Otherwise it's what you expect. Full body coffee is what I want and get here. BTW drive thru doesn't open until 8am!?
