I came from Edmonton and I have to say that I love Starbucks especially this one everyone is so friendly and the service here is untouchable laurenne and Gillian amd Cody are great super nice and very friendly it’s like they are super happy to see you crazy this place deserves 10stars beautiful shop as well
Friendly staff with a smile, walked in at opening, was too tired to think. Suggested a Caramel Macchiato with espresso and topped with Whipped. Very fast and quality service. Pleasant atmosphere to start the day.
The staff here are so friendly....my second visit here to Starbucks during my stay in Kelowna.I get the Grande Iced Toasted Vanilla Oat Shaken Espresso, so so good!Thank you Starbucks for being a strong leader in non dairy alternatives.
Is my nitro cold brew supposed to have ice?I don't think it is as the pictures don't show ice and another starbucks i went to gave it to me without ice and it tasted better.Am I overpaying at this location for half the beverage I paid for? This location is convenient for me but I would rather my drink not be served watered down for that price.Please verify your process.
Starbucks is constantly a good cup of coffee. The location is great as there is another one not far. So if one is super busy you might get lucky and have less of a line up.Stay well enjoy your cup of coffee.ThanksM
Was a typical but good experience. Grabbed a couple teas thru drive through. No problem. Staff was friendly.
Met friends for coffee. It wasn't overly busy which made for easy conversation. I like my coffee very hot and it was not quite what I wanted temperature wise. Other than that, my Americano was good.
Just had a terrible service ever, I ordered a drink that I had ordered many times before, which I had bought from other places. This was my first time to try this branch, and the result made me very dissatisfied and disappointed!First of all, I found that one of my drinks was only half full. When I asked why, the person who gave me the drink said that I had ordered splash of Oat milk, so I should charge extra. I wanna him to make sure that I placed the order on the app. If additional charges are required, the APP will show it. And with my experience of spending more than 2k dollars a year at Starbucks, ordering any Splash of dairy products inside any drinks at Starbucks is free! What's more, I ordered sweet cream in my other cup, but the person who ordered made sweet cream foam.There is a HUGE difference between the two. I don't know how the person in charge of making the drink confused the two. This Starbucks attitude made me angry and disappointed! Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!Too sum up, my drink doesn’t need an additional charge and if it does the app will show me when it charges me! And I believe make the drink followed instructions is VERY IMPORTANT!
Vanessa at the drive thru window has the BEST customer service! She is the injection of energy you need before the coffee hits & such a delight (thank you Vanessa!). The coffee is great too.
John working at the window is an absolute beauty. I have never experienced someone so friendly at starbucks, and he seemed to genuinely care about my day by the questions he was asking while talking waiting for my coffee. 10/10 service.
