Burger and fries was Nice, was missing some item on the menu but it happen. Price are ok for compare to the rest of the resort. So nice place to Enjoy a drink and food. Recommed it!
One of the best burgers I’ve had in years ! The staff was lovely and accommodating , there was little to no wait. Food was immaculate the burger was amazing and made just how I asked. After riding all morning I couldn’t have asked for anything better . 10 /10 , couldn’t be happier , would do again , will do again . 130% recommend you try for yourself :) . Been there today and got refused services due to our condition. Been politely turned around by manager, which I appreciate. Just to want to let everyone know that this is discrimination and illegal on your part and should be reported to the British Columbia Human Right Act.
I didn't have the food, but the beer was good. A good selection of draft beer and service was great. The decor is well done and very fitting. Fantastic place for a drink after skiing.
Went here on the day of the updated COVID protocol. Braeden, the operational manager did a great a great job of enforcing covid policy and was polite in the process. Was very pleasantly surprised on staffing and their updates on the regulations. Koodos to Snowshoe Sams.
The guy that was at the door, was rude and not friendly. We were asking him about his night and he was cold and closed off. The vibe given was he didn’t want more guests so we just left. Seems odd during these times that he would be treating paying guests like that. Won’t go back ever, nor will I recommend to anyone I know.
Ate here for lunch multiple times and the food was all really really good. Kids and adults all loved loved very thing we ordered. Service was a little slow but the servers were all extremely friendly and I think they are probably just a little understaffed just like everywhere in big white (all ski resorts) these days. Food and service are worth the wait but order ahead if you’re in a hurry to get back out skiing.
If you go late I can't say the service is any good, but it's a fun atmosphere and the nachos were pretty decent. The staff were quite nice and adhered to covid protocols quite well. I love being in a nice warm busy space and looking out onto the cold snowy evening.
