We had dinner at this place yesterday and oh god I was mesmerized by the flavours. Their paneer pakoras and paneer bathuras was really good. Amazing service by Pawan and Harprit. The Owner Manisha really have talent in her hands and such a humble lady. All other restaurants in Kelowna are just a teaser of Indian flavour, actual movie is Shambhu spice house. Loved it!!! It's a must visit.
We love Shambu's! Everything is delicious, especially the Mutton Rogan Josh. Unlike some Indian restaurants every dish has it's own unique flavour, nit just the same sauce with different things in it. Best Indian food in Kelowna! Also, we love the casual atmosphere and friendly service.
The paneer pakora here is the best I’ve tasted! We ordered lamb saag and chicken vindaloo. Very good flavours at our requested spice levels. Service was friendly. Dine in space was small, but food quality was excellent.
I would usually ordered food from this restaurant, but what I saw today when I ordered by food was absolutely unacceptable and a major food safety issue - I recovered a metal screw/object in my chowmein
Wow wow wowI have been travelling to India ?? and love love love the food. However it has always been hard to find good authentic Indian food here in Kelowna.Well not anymore!!! Tonight I discovered the absolute best Indian food I have ever tasted outside of India.Not only was the food fresh and delicious the service was friendly and warm. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for some outstanding Food and impeccable service! Thank you guys!!?❤️?
Oh my God, I’ve fallen in love with this place. I had their paneer bathura today and I’m telling you guys it’s nothing like I’ve ever had before. Amazing. I’m not exaggerating it’s really good. I watched the video on their insta page and i wanted to try it and now I’ll definitely be back again here. Friendly service by Pawan and Happy and amazing tea by by their chef as a compliment. Loved it. Its worth checking out.
Well not often I write reviews but when I do its because I'm amazed. Wow, I cannot say enough about how delicious it was. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our dishes!
The dine-in space is a bit small but the food tasted good. Not too spicy and nor expensive. Must try.
The portion we got is just in the picture. Was half cup of milkshake, don't know if doordash deiver or restaurant mistake but the second thing is that we ordered manchurian and it is like they put salt two or three times more and can't even take a bite of it. Was fan of Sambhu spice house once and was my first recommendation but now i will not order again.
The staff could be little more courteous before sending orders. They weren’t even apologetic when I told my order items were missing. They weren’t arguing but at the same time they were not admitting the mistake and no solution was provided. The packaging skills of staff could use some improvements as the oil was leaking from the boxes. They could use a little more trained staff instead of students. The taste of the food is good but only sometimes as they haven’t standardized their recipes which means everytime the taste of same item is different. I immediately called after receiving my order but she was in a hurry as it was closing time. I am very disappointed and so should they as they’re having quite competition around here. Never gonna order again from here nor would suggest as it’s not as good as it use to be. ??REAL DISAPPOINTMENT AND WASTE OF MONEY.
