The service was good. The ingredients were not. I remember quiznos being a cut above. Now I would rather go to subway. Rrrrrrrrrr
Not bad but I have had fresher ingredients in my subs before…
Never gave the jalapeño’s I asked for pretty much the only reason I eat the sub par sandwich’s and I’m not a big fan of fast food that has the tip automatically come up on the debit machine especially when you get home and don’t have a correct order
They were very busy, but the staff was still friendly and courteous
Haven't had Quiznos in a long time. Always better than subway. Staff is hard or hearing or chooses not to listen.

Terrible service. Entire order was wrong called back and they had the items on hand not sure why the order was incorrect. No remorse or refund just said have a great day
Poor service. My order was incorrect and when i asked its not right an indian girl working there showed me attitude. No greetings. I think they need to get trained on how to greet guests and listen to their order attentively. Never gonna recommend someone.

My husband just went to your location on Banks Road, Kelowna. He ordered 2 subs, a 6” Baha Chicken and a 9” bourbon chicken. Got home and neither of them are the right sandwiches (inside or outside) bread and filling are wrong on both. Not really a great experience don’t you think? This happened just after 1pm September 6th.
