If you are a person with celiac in the Kelowna area, this is a must visit place! Fantastic selection of celiac safe gelato (at least 12 flavours and only 3 weren’t gluten free). They also offer a gluten free ice cream cone, and each scooper is only used on the specific ice cream flavour, so cross contamination is essentially zero! Also the guy serving me was knowledgeable about celiac and extremely welcoming and eager to show off what they had!

Treated some friends to QB Gelato the other day and they were very impressed. Between the three of us, we ordered milk chocolate, salted caramel, custard, nutmeg, and pumpkin cheesecake gelato. Amazing. You really must give them a try.
You know from other reviews that this is the best gelato in Kelowna - but another reason to come here is that the staff actually care. I eat out a lot, like a dozen times a week. I can’t remember the last time someone came out to the outdoor seating to check to see how your take away was. Seriously, we order from the friendly and informative staff member behind the counter, pay, get our huge cones and sit outside. A few minutes later the same staff member comes outside and goes by each table of people to ask them how they are liking the ice cream. Mind blowing. Such a simple step but this is one small example of a business culture that separates a store from a brand. Hats off to QB for either instituting this OR else for hiring someone who cares and shows it. Her attitude alone would bring us back — but really let’s get back to the gelato…. The mint chocolate chip is made with fresh mint grown locally. None of this fake bright green food coloring. It’s my favorite thus far. Will be coming back until we’ve tried every flavor!
I absolutely adore their gelato! Especially the gin + honey roasted strawberry panna cotta. An absolute dream! The staff are great and the owner is super friendly. Highly recommend!
The ice cream here is AMAZING! It's the best ice cream I've ever eaten. It was so creamy and the flavours tasted exactly as described. We also got there 2 minutes after the employee closed but reopened for us; the employee was also so kind and friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
There is free parking out front. The shop itself was really nice, bright and clean. It was my first time there, so I tried a few things. The pizza was super flavorful with a delicious light airy crust. I tried 2 different tarts, lemon and chocolate caramel. Let's just say I could eat a tub of the lemon filling, it was that good, and although I have had a similar chocolate caramel tart at another place, this one was by far better. I was also intrigued by the better than a muffin dessert which was made with almond flour and had a pineapple blueberry filling. It was also incredibly delicious and I loved the light almost melt in your mouth texture. The last treat I tried was a huge chocolate chip cookie with flaked salt on top. It was soft, chocolaty perfection. I can't wait to go back and try more things like their bread and some Gelato!
This is a must stop for all gelato lovers. I’m from Rome, Italy, and this place has beaten some of the best gelaterie I have frequented over the years. The non-dairy chocolate is to die for!
