The people here are absolutely fantastic, the food was on point fast great service will visit again!
Sunny hot day, misters keeping us cool on the dog friendly patio with great food and ice cold beer. Skyline Lager and Coors light in chilled pint glasses. Snitzel dinner and Bratwust with perogies was fantastic with cooked but yet still crunchy vegies in both -Yay!! And very very very reasonable prices for all menus items.
Sorry but we were a little disappointed. No german beer and the schnitzel was chewy and dripping with fryer oil. The atmosphere and service was good but it did not live up to the review we read on "10 best restaurants in Rutland"Good spot to have a beer and watch a game. Might go again but will order something else
Went there with my family for my mom's birthday. Wasn't expecting anything special, honestly, as it's a pub. But, the food and the service wasn't good. Ordered the mango habenaro wings for an appy... they were horrible. They didn't taste like anything besides salt and pepper, maybe... I've had WAY better wings. And they cost $17... The waitress didn't talk to us, only to rake our order... No one said hello when we walked in... I guess unless your ordering alcoholic beverages then you aren't really all that important. If alcohol and sub-par pub food and service is your thing then this is the place for you.
It's like cheers, lots of regulars and friendly atmosphere with great food. I don't stop here as much as I should honestly I'd choose this place over a lot of other options
When I imagined what my meal would look and taste like, I opened the box and this place nailed it. Authentic home cooked tasting stroganoff with a healthy portion of beef mushrooms and onions. A great portion size for both the hungriest, but not so much that if you were to only eat half you would have a great left over portion for the next day. Completely satisfied, will recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great wholesome meal.
Nice local pub. Not fancy. Food was really good. I had the Sausage and Pierogies. Generous amount plus veggies were grilled and had a nice flavor. Very laid back atmosphere. We will be coming back.
Amazing steak sand, fries n salad. This was one of the best steaks ive ever enjoyed. Big cut of meat and crispy fries. Great price and service.
