I will say that I ate there once before and think the food itself is worth about 4 stars, however the experience today made me really dislike the place.I took lunch at noon, walked over to the place which happens to be within a couple minutes walk. Walked in to find one other waiting in line, who ordered 3 pizzas. The lone worker was making her order, but prepped one pizza at a time, then started over each time, instead of getting all her doughs ready to top, prolonging the wait. Another person walked in behind me, at this point I have waited about 10 minutes. After a few minutes the lady behind me left without ordering. At the 20 minute mark I have yet to order. Once the last pizza finished cooking and are plated, that person pays and sits down. The young lady worker, friendly and polite, asks me what I would like and I tell her the shredded beef poutine bowl. She says ok and says I can sit and wait. I walk towards the seating area but stand waiting. She places frozen potato wedges on a sheet and on to the oven. A few minutes later she comes out, flips them and they go back around for another turn in the oven. By this point I have waited 30 minutes and there is 30 minutes left for my lunch break. I decided to walk out, walk across to the "Bike Shop", where I bought a sandwich. I was trying to be patient but honestly, waiting so long was just not going to work.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The frustrating part about this is that their pizza is actually decent. However, I was blown away by how they just treated my wife. Both my wife and my daughters have a gluten allergy and months ago, we came across their cauliflower crust...its gluten free and tastes great. So we have been regular customers of theirs ever since.Tonight, we ordered delivery for 3 pizzas on cauliflower crust, as we've done before many times. One of the pizzas, didn't have the option to select cauliflower crust within the app...so as we had done before, we request it in the notes. They typically call and say it's an extra charge as it is with the others, no problem, we know it's the app that doesn't provide the option, we've told them that time and time again. This time, they don't call, instead they make 2 pizzas gluten free, and send the other one on rosemary crust, which we can't eat, and provided a scathing note along with the pizzas telling us we need to order it on cauliflower crust next time, we technically selected rosemary crust in the app, theres an extra cost, etc.So we call...and this is where my rating goes from 5 stars to zero. "Ricaro" the self proclaimed boss, who opened the restaurant here in Kelowna as part of the equity group that owns the franchise, told my wife this was her problem because she didnt know how to use the app, called her irrational, told her to give the pizza to a homeless person if we can't eat it because "they might actually appreciate it," and didn't once apologize for anything or take responsibility, and continued to belittle her during the entire call....all over a $3 up charge for cauliflower crust that we were happy to pay and we did so on 2 other pizzas in the same order. In a world, over the last 2 years where local restaurants have struggled with COVID shutdowns and everyone has been trying to support these businesses...to have my wife be treated like that by this guy...is absolutely crazy. And for that reason, I highly suggest you not support this NON local, Ontario based franchise and order your pizza from somewhere else...in fact, these other places have way better pizza and appreciate local business: Antico Pizza Napoletana, Curious Cafe, and Pane Vino Pizzeria, amongst many others...

Maybe I just got unlucky but after taking my pizza home I realized it's wasn't cooked all the way. It was doughy. Would have probably taken just a few more minutes but someone took it out early so I ate uncooked pizza.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! my mom wanted to eat pizza while in the beach! so this place was really convenient. the only bad thing is that the parking is always paid parking.Pizza is awesome! the crust is cooked with rosemary so it tasted and smelled so good!Staff was really kind to me and patient since it was the first time i have been in the pizzaria. He asked me what I wanted and explained every detail when i asked about something. YASS!! extra customer service. Although I was the only one at the time. But he gave me his full attention when I wanted to ask him something.I will come back here again even if they will raise up the price!!!!

Delicious broccoli crust pizza

Truffle mushroom pizza! So I am in Kelowna visiting family and the suggest we try pizza studio for a Truffle mushroom pizza. Yes please! Great guy made a truly spectacular pizza. At the same time he was chatting and making us feel valued as customers. With great restraint I was able to save some fir lunch the next day. Amazing.

Very friendly greeting from the young man making our pizza, a simple cheese 12” (10 year old eating) and an all meat 16” type pizza which was delicious. You can make your own or order off a very diverse menu, We will be back!

Excellent food choices and prices. Great customer service!!!

Affordable and seamless experience at Pizza Studio! Great options for ingredients for the create your own pizzas (loved the garlic broccoli), and they have 2 GF crust options. A couple members in our group had the Truffled Mushroom Pizza, and also added on more ingredients, which is a welcome option they're able to do! The prices and sizing are well communicated. Simple shop that has some seating inside and outdoors.Although the broccoli crust was said to be smaller in size, with the toppings, it was still very filling! One minor detail is that the ingredients didn't stay on the pizza very well for a couple of them (easily dropped off when holding the slices), but the others were fine, so a consistency issue. However, we'd happily come back and would encourage people to check them out!

Do not be fooled by these reviews. We ordered pizza from them last month and were extremely disappointed with the quality of the pie, particularly relative to the price.2 large pizzas at ~$30 each and we had to give a laugh at how small the actual pizza was compared to the large box it came in. Could not believe they were advertised at 16 inches, as they came in closer to 12.The mushroom pizza was almost completely absent of any truffle oil, and both were unfortunately beyond soggy/soft.Tried calling and sending them a message on their facebook page to keep things between us - it's been a month and still nothing back. Brutal pizza, zero customer service.Quite possibly the worst, overpriced, soggy pizza in the Okanagan.
