Screw this place paid for sm pizza gave me personal pizza and bad customer service no help garbage!!!!! And plus didn't give my dipping sauce
They overcharge and rip people off. They don't respond or care about reviews. Really disappointed. Obviously managers/owners are only in it for the money
Worst pizza and company. Ordered a pizza and it was mangled. Sent a message to pizza hut and the only response I received was asking if anyone responded to my concerns, what a joke. I said no and still no response from them. Will never order again, this company does not value their customers. Should really be able to leave 0 stars as review.

Ordered from doordash last night at 5:15pm. Saw the driver go up and down for 45 minutes. I am a block away. Recieved medium pepperoni pineapple pizza and 14 wings, it came to $62. What I thought was cheese, was raw dough from tip to near base of crust, only part cooked was crust and top. The meal was barely warm and wings dome crushed. Doordash is refunding me $52 in a few days, I got $5 credit. They said this happens during batch deliveries. I called pizza hut, which is a call center so you wait to be directed to store. The store did apologize giving me pizza and more wings. After eating raw pizza, by time I got new one it was 7pm, I wasn't hungry. How do you eat more if you are raw dough? Hope they can adjust quality for price.
Just ordered a pizza, 30 min wait time supposedly. Been waiting 1hr 30 minutes and everytime I call they don't pick up, probably just gonna order elsewhere
I ordered pizza to my house last week. The delivery driver went around to my back gate and LEFT IT OPEN after he left. There were no instructions for him to go around back as I have a front door. Both of my dogs escaped and were running through traffic. I called the store and the lady who answered said she would talk to the driver and then HUNG UP on me. I then sent a complaint into their head office and received only a generic response back. I am livid at their lack of caring and responsibility for their delivery drivers. Do better.
Disappointed! Ordered online and tried to contact the store to make an addition and was hold longer than it took to make and deliver our order. Wound up going to the store directly and ordered there while I was on hold on speaker, saw no one in store on the phone and phone instore never rang. Wound up getting my menu item before anyone ever picked up. Quite likely my last order from Pizza Hut.
The worst pizza ! Burnt and packaged .How they get away with this is unreal .I would like to post the picture of this pizza !Pizza hut on HWY 33 at plazza 33 . Everyone needs to open their pizza box and look . Most times very little cheese . They are a complete rip off , I am done giving them my business.Again I wish I could post a picture of this burnt pizza !
Love pizza from pizza hut but this location is worst in town...they hardly put any topping on pizza just a big chunk of crust..??
