Employee at the front end was very rude. She was rude. I will just “NOT GO” because of the customer service. If i had an opportunity, i would not rate even 1 star.
Best Pizza in Kelowna … BUT they charge you MORE money for thin crust. $2.00 per pizza!How does that work? Less dough costs more money! ??
I love the pizza factory in kelowna!!! The crust is so fresh and chewy the sauce just enough zing toppings of my choice or the 911 !!! Spicy!!!!! Toooed with yummy cheese!
This place was recommended. I tried it. Great pizza!!! Better than KTown pizza for sure. I will absolutely order from here again!!
We have had Pizza Factory several times over the last few years living in Rutland. In our opinion it is far and above the best pizza in Kelowna. Crust, sauce and toppings are delicious, and plentiful. Pricing is very competitive for great pizza. I would drive to the far side of town for this pizza if I had to. Luckily it’s in my neighbourhood. Side note: when my wife Lev calls in the order, they ask if this is Lev. Simple call display maybe? But, it makes us feel special every time.
Used to be our go to for pizza but the last 3 times it has been a very thin soft/soggy crust. Wish they would go back to how they used to be about 2 years ago when they had quality pizza for their amazing price. Topping are always fantastic but the crust doesn’t make the cut any more :(
I was in the bathroom when our delivery arrived. The deliver driver made my 81 year old mother come down to the front door of our apartment building (in her robe) because his ...feet were sore.
Pizza was good. But had no large dough so we had mediums. They are to small.
I have ordered here 6 or 7 times, I won't be returning.The Good: The price for two pizzas, friendly staff (the female, the guy just stares at me wondering why i'm in his shop)The Bad: Toppings are sparse, I ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza and i'm pretty sure the chicken were those precooked maple leaf strips as they were flavorless and dry like cork. The sauce went from ample to non existent over a period of 3-4 months, maybe they didn't like me ordering this pizza, I don't know.What really bothered me was my experience ordering in the store on my way home. I ordered my pizzas, paid for them and then was told it would take 45 minutes (usually 25) When I returned 45 minutes later my pizza wasn't even started. I won't be returning here as there are so many options in town.
Pizza was good, but the wings were so dry that many were in edible… very disappointed
