This is my favorite ice cream parlor in Kelowna. There's a huge lineup so you know it's good.The scoops are HUGE! ? This place is easily better than any parlour in Vancouver. It's cheaper and bigger portions. The flavours are also very unique. So I never go for the ordinary ones I see in other parlours.The staff are really nice too, and don't rush you to choose. I'd come again, if it weren't for the 5 hour drive haha.
We stopped by the Calgary Location yesterday to see Omar and his friendly staff. All handmade ice cream on-site, AMAZING - available to take-away pints. Two scoops in a waffle cone was a total treat. We want you in Toronto. Need to visit Kelowna original location. Rumour has it that a Riverfront Summer location in Calgary is in the works. Yea for Calgary- Worth the visit.
I always make a point to stop by places that have lines to get in, and I was rewarded with some amazing ice cream and really great customer service.Though there was a line, Parlour Ice Cream seems to be sufficiently staffed with competent team members who know what they're doing and get the job done. And not only are staff efficient (easily getting through the line without issue), they're also very polite.Ice cream parlors are pretty nonstop with customers during sunny days, and for staff to be as lovely as they are is a testament to their professionalism.Now, for the ice cream. I got a seasonal offering (Easter egg, with mini eggs) affogato (espresso poured over top) and it was delicious. Perfectly captured the candy egg taste without being over the top sweet, and the espresso was a beautiful complement to the taste. My spouse got strawberry, and it was exactly as lovely and refreshing as strawberry should be.Thanks for the amazing ice cream and experience!

This place has so many flavors of icecream it is insane and they all taste sooooooooo bomb! I’ve been into the store a few times and the staff is so friendly and the service is quick and seamless!I ordered from DoorDash a while ago (right before close like a total cow too) and the flavor I selected was out of stock. Not only did the staff accept my order, they also called me to ask what other flavor I wanted and to offer me a free second pint for my troubles! They were so kind to me even despite the fact that it was now after close and I was also feeling the edibles I had taken a while before my order! (this was also right after Dairy Queen did not accept my order and they closed at the same time!)The guy working left me the sweetest note (shown in picture) and I really just wrote this review to say, “Thank you Noah!” You seriously are the best and I appreciate your excellent customer service skills. Best ice cream in Kelowna hands down, but potentially the best in Canada?! Seems aggressive but I'd stand behind it. Not only do they have amazing flavors, variety of options for different dietary restrictions, and unreal waffle cones - they also just share so much love with the products they make, the customers they serve, and the communities they operate in. Come for the amazing ice cream, stay for the love and good vibes for sure.
This is my go-to place for handcrafted, high-quality ice cream in Kelowna. I’ve been coming here for the past 5 years and I can speak strongly for the lavender, white chocolate raspberry cheesecake, and eggnog flavours. Service is personable, staff are great at helping me choose when I’m indecisive, and the flavours all have careful thought and consideration behind them. Last summer, I spent $80 at Parlour over two weeks and I also brought around 20 people for a little ice cream excursion here. Such a time!
Excellent ice cream place! HIGH QUALITY! They make everything in house! Amazing variety of flavours! Owner is also an amazing guy. Super humble and nice. Always excellent service from the crew.
If I could rate more stars I would! First off all of their ice cream flavors are fantastic, so smooth and creamy. Second, they have a winter take home pint deal 3 for 2, from November-March. I ordered off of skip tonight and the website glitched so I didn't get to pick my 3rd, free pint. I called parlour and told them what had happened and they sincerely appologized, and have 2 free pints waiting for me to pick up whenever is convenient! Thanks so much!
