There was a mistake with my order, so I called back to get it corrected, I had a little bit of a tight schedule, but they suggested I talked to customer service. Customer service bent over backwards to try and make things good, they went above and beyond. They really didn’t more than I expected I mean what was an error somewhere in the process, turn into an excellent experience. I was very impressed!!!

Ordered pizza and wings yesterday! Pizza was 8/10, asked for extra well done wings and they are still slimy and gross in the middle! 1/10! The people preparing the food may need more training! I’m very disappointed as I ordered the 16 pack and threw them all away!
Best pizza I’ve ever had from a panago location.
Ordered from here the other evening my classic favorite New York deli and first off I asked for sausage on one half and they put the sausage on random slices of the pizza, like not on one half like litterally on random slices lol. Like not a big deal but how do u screw that up. The pizza was overall bland and flavorless. Pretty skimpy on cheese and toppings for how expensive their pizzas are. This place wasn't good years ago and we tried it again for the first time in a long time and suprise surprise it still isn't good.

Ordered lunch for my family and the pizza came late, cold and was stingy on the toppings. K-Town pizza or Domino's is the place to go

I ordered from this store the other night. Pizza took just over an hour to arrive. I could've dealt with that just fine but the problems for me were when I actually got the pizza. I ordered 4 dips and paid in advance. Driver said they had no dips. Bummer. The pizza was cold. Cheese had solidified. The crust was super dry and chewy. Dough might not have been fresh or exposed to the air for too long.Anyways long story short, wasn't entirely happy.Contacted customer care and shared my experience. They were very quick to reply. They took ownership for the issues and provided me a full credit without me even asking.So even though this wasn't my best Panago experience, knowing that the customer care team has my back gives me a sense of confidence for future purchases. That's why Panago gets 4 stars today, even though the pizza made me sad.
