Love coming here, especially when warm enough for the patio (which is lovely)! Enjoy the Rib eye and love that they have some healthier breakfast options. Sometimes I sit at the bar but have found the service from Sam could improve. Friendly but never checks on you or refills anything. My last visit, every single thing I needed from first drink to the bill I had to get his attention… despite being the only one sitting there. Otherwise great place to dine all meals of the day with lovely view/atmosphere.
My husband, daughter and I frequently eat out. I might even venture to say we have become "foodies" of the Okanagan. We do our best to try something new each month. We have eaten at Oak & Cru once or twice before but just for lunch or a quick snack. We decided to give it a whirl for dinner. WOW! Just wow! What a pleasant surprise! Our server was Anthony and he was nothing shy of spectacular! He was friendly, knowledgeable and his recommendations were perfect! We had a few cocktails - most of which were under the advisement of Anthony and all were delish! For dinner we had the crusted halibut, the steak and the steelhead. Honestly, I could not tell you which was the best. They were all amazing!! An absolute MUST is the skillet smores for dessert. I don't care how full you are - order it!!! If you read any of my reviews, you will know I am a big advocate of good service. I believe that the fate of a restaurant really lies in the hands of the server because they create the experience. Anthony did just that! We all returned to the car and raved all the way home about how wonderful he was and how he made our night. Our monthly tradition of eating out will carry on but let me tell you, Anthony has set the bar so very high, I am not sure any restaurant will ever measure up to the experience he provided us with. Nicely done Anthony! I hope your bosses realize what a commodity you are to their establishment!!! We hope to see you again!
What a pleasant surprise. The pandemic has undoubtedly caused chaos in the restaurant industry and after trying to support them several times over the past few months, and being met with poor menus and even poorer service, we were beginning to feel that things were never going to be good. The Oak & Crue gives us hope. Our visit last night was awesome. The paella and burger were both delicious, Pinot noir great, and the waiter was superb! Sanjay was knowledgeable and very friendly. Everyone we came in contact with was great. They really acted as though they were happy to have us there! What a treat. We will definitely be back.
Sooooo much staff and such slow service. Nice young lady serving us but generally too many young staff,including managers fist-bumping and back -slapping rather than tending to the 50% occupied room. Food was pretty good but nothing really unusual on the limited menu. Wine list was limited to Okanagan only...sigh.....
Had a wonderful Valentine's day meal here! We loved our experience so much that we went back again the next night. Food and wine is amazing. Service is awesome! Such a great atmosphere and so convenient if staying at the hotel. Thanks to our wonderful servers Anthony and Katie! Can't wait to be back!

We flew into Kelowna and stayed here. While waiting for our room we went to have a beer in the lobby. They wouldn’t let my wife enter without a QR codedeapite her having a vaccination card clearly showing 2 vaccinations and a booster. Said it was a requirement. Funny because we just flew on two airplanes to get to Kelowna and they accepted it as proof. Also every other place in Kelowna accepted the vaccine card. The place was empty and the host was rude. Don’t bother coming here - the vibe is that they are doing you a favour by letting you spend money there.
We came here for the luminescence experience and it was so fun. The food was so good and the whole atmosphere was great. I definitely recommend checking this experience out! Our server Sonjay was absolutely amazing.
We had great New Year dinner last night, the food was well prepared & presented , the value for money worth it & meet our expectations. Our server name “ Mikaela” & other staff was amazing , she’s very accommodating, knowledgeable & approachable.. Overall experience “ Excellent”.
While it was one of the coldest nights they have experienced I feel they could have had some better (rotating) heaters and maybe offered inside dining on such a night. Our server was great and brought us extra blankets and provided good service but the mandatory 18% tip under 6 people was a little frustrating. The food however was amazing and the atmosphere on a warmer day would have been great!
