They were quick, polite, and efficient. The food was off and on; some great (teriyaki chicken, California roll), some pretty good (tempura, tsunemono), some not so good (teriyaki salmon). What really turned me off, though, was all the styrofoam containers. You have to take them in to the recycling centre, so most people will just trash them - and they are brutal for the environment. Styrofoam packing on a TV or stereo, fine; you don’t buy that often. But takeout dinner? That’s one hell of a lot of styrofoam.I’d raise the review if they got rid of all the styrofoam.
Delicious sushi, wonderful service & 10/10 crispy gyoza! Definitely my new favourite sushi place!
A wonderful friendly welcome and great food too.
Nari sushi is tasty and reasonably priced. The staff here are incredibly friendly and provide great service ?
Some of the best sushi in kelowna. Cheaper than most
My daughter and I love sushi, so we try sushi restaurants everywhere we go. We came here from Creston for a visit and tried this sushi place and let me tell you, it was the best sushi we've had in a while. Five stars hands down.
Great food and service
Excellent quality, taste and presentation. Excellent value.
It was good. Had to wait an hour after ordering takeout, although we ordered Thanksgiving weekend at 6:30. They ran out of miso soup and beef! But it was alright. The dishes had great presentation, the sushi was very good (very ripe avocado!), the tempura was good, miso was good... The orange that was my "fruit" in my bento was more sour than sweet but it's out of season, so. Chicken was a tad dry.Overall it was very good. Wish there was a little more teriyaki sauce but it was still good.
It was a busy holiday weekend & our order had some substitutions as a result. However, the food was great and well-presented. Lots of delicious tempura, good teriyaki, good sushi, good miso. My mom really enjoyed her Old Dynamite Roll. The miso wasn't overly salty like some places (however I thought the tofu tasted odd - my sister disagreed). The fruit in the dinner box was a cut orange (again, with great presentation). The teriyaki was good, however my only real critique of the order was that it could have had more sauce - the rice soaked it up so it ended up being a bit dry. Overall we were impressed!
