Went by myself to have a quiet dinner and satisfy my steak craving. Was sat outside in a nice booth. Waited for about 10 minutes with nobody coming to offer even water. The hostess who sat me noticed and said she’ll send the server over. Again, nobody came. The restaurant was not busy at all on a Wednesday night. Finally, the hostess said she would take care of me. I was served by Sonja. She was very attentive and showed that she felt bad that nobody served me in a timely manner. Thank you Sonja for your kindness.
We were in a bit of a rush so did not have time to relax and enjoy the meal. Taints the experience.
This was my first visit to Moxies Kelowna.Met a couple of friends for a quick drink after work. Ended up staying 2.5 hours. The wait staff made it so enjoyable. Sofia was extremely fun and attentive. Both the drinks and appies were very good. Looking forward to my next visit.
Waited fifteen minutes for server to take drink order while she chatted with coworkers. Food was great as was the food runner.
