Friendly service. Great selection of ice cream. Great value. Big portions. I recommend the waffle cones.
We stop here every time we come to Kelowna! Love the variety of flavors! On VERY hot days though, I would recommend a cup over a cone to avoid losing your ice cream to the sidewalk!
Had nothing but this ice cream in the evening on Wednesday and was in the ER by the next morning. I was so sick I couldn’t drive my car. Blood work, Covid swabs and other samples taken. Nothing to be found. Deductive reasoning leads me to believe this was food poisoning. I had the salted caramel and had maybe half of a single because it tasted…. Off. Now I know it was off. Tried to call and inform them multiple times. No answer. Will not be going back.Oh, and one of the coolers were empty and all I could see was black mold. Extremely dissatisfied as this was 20$ ice cream…. Obviously food safety isn’t a priority at this establishment. Kinda shocked to be honest as it’s been good in the past. Enjoy with caution. May send you to the ER. Will be filling a form out with health regulators in compliance with food safety standards.

Got ice cream, salted caramel brownie and cookies and cream, salted caramel brownie was great, cookies and cream was meh, but could have also been meh by the fact that it was in a HOT cone in 30° weather… I mentioned it and got told “oh it must have just been made” so I got to eat melted ice cream because the staff didn’t use a cool cone for my frozen ice cream, portion size is also very small for the price you pay… tasty cone, love that they are made on site, but I don’t want my ice cream in a hot cone.. and the fact that I mentioned it and they did nothing about it aggravates me.
So yummy and the waffle cone was still warm!! They were so friendly and the serving size was hugggeeee (I would recommend kiddy size if you don't want a stomach ache haha). Salted caramel brownie was amazing.
Good variety and the icecream tastes amazing! They even have vegetarian options!
The ice cream is exceptional, the young staff were eager to assist and keep things moving, they had alot of flavors too, but the total was high... 11$ for 1 ice cream cone!I mean I did want to try a couple flavors so might have been partly my own fault. I could have gotten a small (2 scoops) but wasn't familiar with their system.I am now and would not get a regular again since i didnt even finish it. (3scoops)!So if you want 2 scoops, then 7$ isnt really unreasonable.
One if the places to go in Kelowna. Amazing home made ice cream and waffke cones by far. Tons of flavors to choose from. The owner went above and beyond by driving to the store to check if the has a specific flavor for me. The staff here are always amazing, friendly and hard working even when the line us out the door and down the street.
BEST Ice scream ever! Worth treating yourself to. Ice scream in the waffle cone is delicious. I got maple walnut and pistachio. Love both flavours and the owner was friendly and kind. Every-time I come to Kelowna to visit I stop by here. ?
