Stopped here for a mid afternoon snack as we didn't have lunch and needed something to tie us over until dinner. There are many chain restaurants in this part of Kelowna and as Montana's is typically reliable, we pulled in here. It was getting close to 3:00 pm so the place was almost empty and as a result service was excellent. We shared the spinach dip and "kapow shrimp". The spin-dip was really good and our server was nice enough to offer extra pita bread. The shrimp were tasty as well, served with a really nice dipping sauce. Once again, Montana's came though as nothing fantastic, but good and reliable. Many cheers ..............

A well established restaurant that was amply staffed with friendly workers. We were greeted at the door and offered an opportunity to wait due to high volume. We actually had an invite for a table in less than half the time quoted. The food was good and prices were reasonable. A nice family setting with a full menu for everyone.
I ordered the 7 ounce steak with skewers of shrimp. It came with a baked potato. I asked to have it well done.The steak was overcooked, tough and dry. The shrimp were also dry and tough. Not very tasty, overall disappointing. I've eaten there numerous times and it seems the quality is not what it once was. Portions seem smaller and cooking quality has suffered. I doubt that I will try again.
At one time, they were good. Not anymore. Steak was way overcooked, (medium and I ordered blue rare), replacement steak had more fat and gristle than meat, "loaded" potato had maybe 2 strands of cheese and 3 bacon bits. Her pulled pork sandwich was dry and bland. No sauce on it. Sad to see this place has dumped. Used to look forward to it when I came to the city.
Ordered on their website and it stated that my “order was ready for pick up”. Upon arriving to the location, it turns out they weren’t done making my food and were an hour behind. We made the mistake of not checking the order before leaving and we were missing two sides. The staff did not care about catering to my group and I.
We were parked outside and ordered dinner for pick up and told them when it was ready we were already waiting outside and just to bring it when ready. After 3/4 of an hr I called them and they apologized they didn't realize and brought it out right away and told us dinner was on them. That was awesome what they did as dinner was $70.00. We will definitely go back. Customer service was terrific ?
Went for a Birthday supper Feb. 28 2022 and had a wonderful time. Sabrina was our waitress, smart cheerful and knowledgeable about the menu and specials. We were a little nervous with Covid-19 but she put us at ease. cheerful quick service, we were not rushed but never were looking for anything. Supper was reasonable priced and drinks were refreshed quickly. Had a great time.
Best spot for ribs, good drinks and atmosphere, it has become one of my go to places. It is a bit on the pricier side but you're paying for good quality and generous portions, it's a nice place when you want to treat yourself and to enjoy with family or friends.
