Server was not knowledgeable , we felt like we were an inconvenience to him the whole time.We were not offered dessert or coffee at the end,We finished eating and then waited 20 mins for a completely different server to come and bring us the bill.We were very disappointed in the service.I do want to point out that the cooks did a good job - my meal was enjoyable and even though the gluten-free salad was not the best it was still okay - definitely need more gluten-free options to your menu.Parking: Lots of parking. Paved parking lot. Dietary restrictions: They did not have a large selection for dietary restrictions. There was only 1 gluten-free option ( it was a sad salad )
I used to like Milestones, so it is sad I can only give it 1 star. We went a week after father's day for my dad. I ordered the Asian chicken bites for us to share. We waited until they went on sale at 4pm. I have noticed that they have gotten more expensive and smaller portions over the years, but I still liked them. However, this time I was shocked, there were 10 small pieces of chicken, and I mean small. There were 4 of us, so half of us got 2 pieces. Plus there was barely any sauce so I had to ask for more. By the time the sauce came the chicken was cold. My burger was the most basic tasting burger I have ever tasted and they didn't add the extra sauce I asked for. So it was dry and awful. My mom disliked her fish tacos and my brother didn't like his dish. My dad was the only one who liked his dish, which was pasta and chicken. We all tried it and didn't like it, it was too bland. So 3 of us left not happy with our meal and paying way too much for that evening. We won't be back. The one star was because my dad liked his bland pasta and I still like the flavour of the Asian chicken even if everything else with it was a minus. For the price and how little chicken we got, I sadly will not be getting it again.
Honestly the worst service ever! It took about 10 mins to be seated...and it wasn't even busy. When the waiter showed up he asked us if we had decided on our order. He did not say hello, or introduce himself. We ordered chicken bites as an appetizer. When they arrived the young lady (junior/food runner) asked if we wanted cutlery and side plates. Off she went...to never be seen again! We did get cutlery from our server but no side plates. This plate NEVER left our table. Our meals were served by a cook and she was polite. The burger was plain, guess you ran out of mayo? It was a bit more charred than preferred. The tacos were tasty, did not like the strands of cilantro hidden under the fish. That is pure LAZINESS!! Our server left mid meal with no warning, but he also never asked how our meal was... I wanted dessert to go, but considering we were deserted and were seriously contemplating leaving without paying (for a good 20 mins), we skipped dessert. I went walking around to find the washroom, but all I got was dirty looks from a waitress for no reason. She never spoke to me to ask what I needed. It was strange and awkward. I told the bartender who said "Ya, she's not nice, I don't like her either." Great customer service right there for yeah! The table next to us had dirty dishes on it the ENTIRE 1.75 hours we were there (see pic). If it was busy, I would have more sympathy and patience but since it wasn't busy, its just a terrible restaurant. I really have no want or need to EVER come back here and if you know what's good for you don't go bother trying this place out!!
Overall I would rate the experience a 6/10. Our waiter seemed very busy and being placed in the far corner we felt kind of forgotten about. My fries were soggy and very disappointing but my husband had a great meal. Our waiter only stopped by our table twice and that was to grab our drink order and our food order and we were there for 3 hours. Our waiter was very friendly though and did apologize.
I had a wonderful experience here today. They had ceaser specials on. I'm driving back to Osoyoos soon so I ordered the sweet and spicy-virgin. It was epic. My lunch feed was the Mediterranean goat cheese platter....perfect choice. I highly recommend this joint. Great service, beautiful food and drink ? ?
Just got back from dinner. Everything was amazing. We had a table of 6 adults and a table of 8 children. Kaylen was our server. He was super upbeat, attentive and a pleasure to have around. He treated the kids just like adults and made them feel super special. He also took the time to split the bill for each family just superb service’!!The food was really good and we all had a fabulous time considering they were super busy due to the long weekend and soccer tournaments rush!
Went there for late afternoon and the service is great, however, the food kind of tastes burning over.
My daughter, son, and grandson visited Milestones in Kelowna on Thursday March 17 2022 with me for dinner. My 5 year old grandson has severe allergies to dairy and egg and the staff were all very focused on serving him a delicious and allergen free meal. The kitchen supervisor attended our table in person to describe the food preparation methods and ensure they were appropriate and food safe for the little guy. All of our meals were delicious and we felt very confident that his health needs were top of mind. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing family meal in a comfortable atmosphere. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone with dietary challenges.
Had a wonderful dinner with my husband. Unfortunately the table across from us had a bad day and decided to take it out on the restaurant staff. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly professional, calm, and handled the multiple situations that arose with this group very professionally. The staff also came over afterwards to our table and apologized and made sure that our experience was not affected. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Milestones in Kelowna. Highly recommend. Will return. Thank you, Milestones team.
This was awful. While front of house tried to fix the issue, it’s the back of house and management that needed some serious work put into. Ordered calamari, had it sit in the fryer for an extra 5 minutes, completely stale, unable to be eaten by how hard it has become. The table next to us had sent their calamari back too, given how hard and terrible it had been made. Repulsive to say the least. We’re told it’ll be made proper to orders the next time we get it and its still, terrible. We ask for the rest of our food to go as we’ve waited long enough and we have somewhere to be, we wait even longer, on the road I get to finally eating my burger and it’s been burnt! Hats to the chef don’t know how this person got hired I wish them the best of luck in life. This was such a shame. Applause the the management for short staffing and not having the kitchen up to date! Never had such a terrible experience at any milestones, will not be back. Please get it right or shut down. Thank you.
