Giving two stars on convenience and location alone. The only thing the do consistently is leave things out of your order. Almost every single time.
Been here only three times for lunch, pretty busy here at that time. I've had great service all three times, no order screw ups and food was hot and freshly made. Friendly staff.
Please update courier directions so that couriers arent walking around trying to find the proper door to enter. It currently says the door will have proper signage, when it doesnt, leading to confusion on where to go
I don’t understand why everyday there’s the same lady at the front window of the drive thru during morning hours who is ATROCIOUS when it comes to customer service. Today at 8 months pregnant I was put in the position to get out of my car at the drive thru to retrieve a bunch of change basically tossed to the ground after giving my payment. Then as I began to point out that maybe it was a mistake and give her the benefit of the doubt she looked down at the ground back up at me and shut the sliding screen right on me until I left. It’s already discouraging when you have someone who sounds super friendly asking about if you collect points , then when you reply no has a complete voice swap and treats you as if they have better things they could be doing … EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE AT WORK AND LITERALLY THE FIRST PERSON YOU SEE PULLING UP THE DRIVE THRU. THE FACE OF THE GLENMORE LOCATION. Such a let down honestly. I would rather have someone who needs a little patience in training than have to order from the same lady who continuously showcases a bad name towards the company image.
Only reason not giving one star was we have a had ok service here before but this time, the food was horrible. Burgers were nearly unedible due to the very stale buns.Food was put together with no care at all ( the pic of Mc chicken says it all ). Unfortunate that you spend $40 on lunch and it looks just as bad as it tastes.They also forgot a burger, thankfully I checked before I drove away ( because that would not be the first time this location forgot something in our order ).No reason for food to he such low quality as I drove right up to the window. There was no one else behind or infront of me ordering ?!?
We ordered a lot of food for a sleepover. Over half of it was wrong... It was not a great experience. It took forever to get the order right and even still we were missing fries and 3 burgers. It is what it is. And to be honest the staff we're not very pleasant. I get it, you're busy the job is not the best. I was very calm because you guys are busy. I get it mistakes are made. But even when I left thinking my order was correct, it was not. So I spent $84 on food for a birthday party and it was wrong after it was supposed to be fixed! Not cool. I will not come back to this place.
Friendly staff, pretty consistent food (good).Going through the drive through and then trying to get on any road that turns south is quite challenging. Props to the people who let you turn around, the parking lot just kinda sucks.
Although the food was the usual McDonald's fair, I was disappointed in the procedure. I decided to us the remote, in restaurant ordering process. Went through placing my order and was thrilled that it gave me options to customize my 1/4 pounder. All set choose to pay at the counter, the young lady told me she didn't have an order for me???? My order lost in about two meters??? McDonald's is going to have to work on this system.
The customer service at this location is just awful. However, I come here every morning at 9am to get my coffee, and there is one lady who usually works the till and she is great.
