Listen man, once in awhile is fine but 25 out of 30 trips waiting over 10 minutes for a coffee when there’s no customers. But sitting around talking to friends is unacceptable. Thank god it’s McDonald’s because this wouldn’t fly at other jobs. Time: 9 pm
So slow. The staff does not pay any attention to front counter. Only drive thru customers get served quickly. It's ridiculous the time I have to wait for a coffee to be poured and handed to me. Every morning
The doors close whenever I'm there at 11. I don't have a vehicle so I'm unable to place any order. Maybe keep the doors open till they close?
Drive thru service was slow, had to wait to give order at speaker.Iced Frappe was good however the iced coffee tasted very old and burnt.
Fast and fresh it qss incredible i don't want to sound a little off to anyone but hahah it was Truly a life changing experience that I will be sure to follow up with many many more great visits:)
Worst McDonald's in kelowna, can't even talk properly to you at the order menu in the drive through. Paid for a spicy habanero chicken burger, received a dry McChicken burger no sauce. Manager must be sleeping during their shift
Very clean, especially after cleaning up coffee I spilled this morning. It is clean, great staff. Lots parking, just awkward to exit but blame kelowna city planners for that.
Clean. Friendly service. Indoor order came fairly quickly given how many cars were occupying the drive thru.
I got to denote this screen tapping session as a calibration thus: two cups of coffee purchased with the same NEW™️ish client card, tap feature capable and so, the start coffee was contactless, the end coffee was card insertion and the use of the Wifi, a parking lot with which I have become embarrassingly familiar, is the "minutes", as it were, - as it was and remains that parking lot where the previous card was "LOSTOLEN"™️. I make up words, not transaction histories for which I remain- as it was- responsible:
