Worst service ever. Train your employees not to leave a customer who's in the middle of their order after they had to shout into a mic to get service because no one was doing their job. And maybe train them to apologize when they do something like that. It seems like better training is really needed for the entire restaurant. Literally the worst service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant.
Typical McDonald's cold order made wrong grid McDonald's. Asked for extra pickles onions and big Mac sauce and lettuce. Only thing I got was the sauce, there was so much on my cheese burger I couldn't even eat it.
Went to this location and ended up with food poisoning sick for 2 days from eating their food, both my friend and I were unbelievably sick… I called to let them know and all they could do for me is offer me a free meal…. As if I’d be coming back for a free meal. I will no longer be eating at this location let alone any other McDonald’s. Also when I had called they were super rude to me on the phone telling me that everything was fine and that I was in the wrong.. super unprofessional and rude. I wouldn’t recommend going to this McDonald’s. So gross
Check your bag every single time because they WILL miss something you ordered. It literally doesn't matter WHEN you come to this McDonalds something will be missed. From sauces that you paid for to cheeseburgers you'll be driving away without something.
Worst McDonalds in Kelowna. Always makes me wait for ungodly amounts of time as a customer. And when I deliver skipthedishes the order will be with them before I enter the building and 10 people will get there order before they are ready with the skip order.
I really appreciate when people keep smiling. Life is tough, fake it until you make it. Great late-night staff.
When I open my hamburger container, why do I always expect it to look as elegant as the picture on the menu board. OK, so it doesn’t; and maybe that’s OK except I do expect it to have some great flavor and I don’t expect the lettuce to be decomposed so badly that it was ready for the compost bin. Surely, at least, you could put some fresh lettuce in your hamburger. Was disappointed this time. So sorry, I’m back to teen burgers even though they are a little more expensive.
I've visited this location multiple times, dining in and out. Every time I visit, something is forgotten. Inside or drive thru. Every time I drive thru, we are asked to pull around and wait regardless of the amount of cars in line. This is the same for others in the drive thru as well. This ends up creating traffic mayhem just outside the exit of the drive thru. In saying my complaint, I would also state that my fries are always hot and I have never had an undercooked or questionable meal from this location. Just missing stuff every time.
Barely ok. Drive thru was slow causing a 15 minute wait for our breakfast making us late for school. Missing 1 food item. 2nd review. Had mcgriddles for breakfast with some coffee and hashbrowns. The coffee was ok, the hashbrowns were great however the mcgriddles were undercooked so they tasted like pancake batter. I took just the one bite then straight to the garbage.
There was no soap in the dispenser in the washroom, they had hand sanitizer instead.Sadly hand sanitizer does not wash dirt or other things off of your hand. That would mean that the employees never factually "wash their hands". If that doesn't scare you, nothing will.
