Normally a decent location. Not too long wait times normally, friendly staff. But beware going at night time. 10 minutes at the screen and i was still being told to hold on a moment. I left without putting an order through, it wasnt worth it.Thw workers arent to blame. I called to complain and they mentioned there is only 1 person on the window at night as per the managers scheduling.This is horrible planning for a mcdonalds location, and the manager needs to seriously reconsider the scheduling unless they think 10+minute wait times are acceptable.I hate to think of the 5 other people behind me and how long they had to wait due to poor planning. Please reconsider your scheduling as it is hurting your reputation.
Clean compared to many of the places in the area. Staff are friendly and there is a good appearance of a positive team atmosphere. Food is as expected and the location has good parking.
This McDonalds is the worst one in Kelowna by far. Every time I go to go through the drive through they never answer the speaker and when they do, they come on the speaker to say they are close. They are always closed.
Slow to be served. Then told after I'm sitting down to eat that the lobby is closed. No obvious signage stating as such. Maybe a sign at the till might help ?
15 Min in the drive threw wait to receive 2 orders of frys.I should have gone elsewhere.Shape up guys!!
By far the worst McDonalds I have ever experienced. Not only do they close numerous times earlier than their posted times on Google but they can’t seem to handle the flow of traffic.Today I ordered a cheeseburger and it was cold and the bun was hard. They had about 5 customers waiting for orders and asked me to pull ahead and wait I told them to look around there are too many car waiting because you are so back logged. Terrible service avoid if you can!
Manager helped us and she was so kind and very good under pressure. It was very busy today and we only waited 10 mins and she still apologized for the wait!!! Too cool
Lakeshore McDonalds in Kelowna,BC.The food was absolutely disgusting.The mcchicken was not eatable dripping in sauce,cold.I wouldnt feed it to my dog!.Someone needs to lose their job for putting out food like that.The cost for whst you get is ridiculous the lettuce was brown and slimey,Mcdonalds workers have no pride and shouldnt work there if they dont like it.Do yourself a favour and go to A&W,I KNOW I WILL.JUST FN DISGUSTING!!!!!
The service was not too bad. The food was McDonald's. They wouldn't let my friend use the washroom because of Covid. Which is nonsense. It is very clear that not offering services is more to save money than lives and hide behind healthy self imposed mandates.
You guys put like 6 onion bits on my cheeseburger with no onions and gave me a hot chocolate with no chocolate. It's just warm milk. I stirred this drink in the photo.
