Rarely leave this location fully happy. Even when they get to order 100% I have to waste time and energy checking it before I leave the window because they mess it up often enough that I can’t trust them. Is it hard to put 1 extra butter in the bag with the hotcakes? Apparently. But I did get an extra syrup that I’ll be throwing out.
It was really pretty normal. I hadn't been to McDonald's in like years till then. It was great service, meal was made in no time flat. But the food, well I'm sorry to say but it's McDonald's!!
I work as a skip driver and the same thing especially the workers at night. I always wait and never get my order while the same people keep getting it over and over and even the manager there didn't care. I'm pretty sure they prefer people from their ethnicity over everyone else which is really bad service. And also you always have to wait for a very long time which is really not acceptable and with such bad customer service
Food to fast food standards, however the service was extremely lacking. The person handing out the food never said a word and just shoved the food at us through the window then turned and walked away.Everyone is short staffed it is not an excuse. Just doing your best would be appreciated and talk to the customer.
Messed up my partners burger and got upset with him for wanting it fixed ? also Freezer burnt tasting nuggets. Staff paying more attention to there conversations than actually paying attention to their jobs. I'd give this 0 stars if I could ?
Every time we go through this drive-through they forget something. Today it was two apple pies . There was no excuse that it was too busy as it was quiet . I think the management needs to work on training their staff to rechecking orders .
Graveyard shift are very slow. Seems that they can only serve one customer at a time. I sat at the order board for almost 10 mins before some one took my order,then was at least another 6 mins just to get my order. I only ordered 2 bacon double cheeseburgers..i dont recommend going there anytime after midnight.
Terrible service at night. Waited an hour for our order at 3am on a Thursday. Poor service. Extremely disappointed to have to wait up when there is nobody around… what is taking so long? I can get my order in 5 minutes during the busiest time of day. Not happy!
Almost everytime I go to this location something goes wrong... No straws or missing iteams of food... Burgers and fries under cooked but the most consistant thing is everytime I have been here their so called root beer is pretty much just water with a bit of coloring ... Like I have not written a reveiw because I live close n go here when u want McD's but this is getting soo old very fast... Going to start going to wendys or arbys instead when I want fast food at least they do it right. Carbonated water aint pop .. Good job guys. And to the person in the last reveiw trust me iv seen them forget the meat on a cheese burger before. Also hace you noticed that almost every review that is 5 stars is from accounts that dont post anything and have no comments about how great this location is? Lol also do they even read their reviews to fix whats broken cuz they have not responded to any reveiws as far as I'm seeing
Went through drive through late at night, but not to late, because I was hungry and also wanted something sweet. I ordered my meal, and asked for two pies. I was told they would not have pies until tomorrow. I asked what about ice cream? Take a guess. Their ice cream machine was "broken". I cancelled my order and decided to try the A&W next door. A&W told me they were closing in 10 minutes, but would make me fresh apples turnovers, and I was able to get a milkshake too. McDonald's staff didn't seem to care that they couldn't complete an order, A&W went out of their way for customer satisfaction... A&W has a new late night customer right here.
